If people were able to get in, the Site or App wasn’t down. Either way, no guarantees that you would get an 11/3 phone even if you were able to get into the site or app sooner.

Please share information from Apple where is states you are entitled to 11/3 delivery if you are able to access app or website by a certain time.

the app was down on my phone for over 15 minutes. I have screenshots to prove it. OP got in at 3:10, lucky guy. I had this novel idea though. ready for it? I checked the website (this after 2 minutes of the app showing "we have something special in store"). I went into safari on my iphone and went to applestore.com and placed an order and had a confirmation by 3:05. delivery 11/10-11/17 which got bumped up to 11/3 due to tmobile glitch. this idea that the apple owes the OP anything is just insane and self centeredness of it all it nauseating.
 
I am thinking they will not call, you will need to call them back and start over. You can imagine how busy these people are and you were not the only one who had problems.
I’ve been in constant communication with her. She’s been calling me and leaving me messages. I think she’s not in till noon. Haha
 
I have AT&T and the carrier verification was under 10 seconds. That being said, I refuse to step foot in an AT&T store, or pre-order from AT&T.

Looking forward to the day when SIM-free is available for all pre-orders.

Also, make 100% sure any AT&T store you walk into is a Corporate store, and not a 3rd party. The 3rd party stores always screw things up. The AT&T Corporate stores tend to do things right. I've never had an issue with a Corporate store, and usually get things fixed that are messed up other wise. I support a large number of iPhone users for a small business, BTW.

SIM-free isn’t available. I am very familiar with the difference between a corporate and agent store.

I could care less about others like you. I’m only concerned why I couldn’t login and why it was down.

What he poster is saying is, it was luck of the draw. Apple's servers probably load balance and its just plain luck who gets in and who doesn't.
 
OR he could be lying.🙄

Have my doubts of even Apple being able to get him a phone this close to delivery as it would need to come from China. Maybe we are just exaggerating to save face.
