Same thing with me. Black 64gb that is still processing. I ordered it at 7:50am on the 14th. Maybe they are just getting around to these later today. My confirm email says I would receive it on the 21st.
Ordered through Premier, 7am Pacific 9/14..... 32GB Black.

why is anyone putting any stock in what the CSRs say, at this point? It's already been proven over and over that they are clueless.
Unless there' s a problem with your order that requires correction, save yourself the trouble of calling them.
ordered mine on 9/14 before 9am PT. saw the authorization on my CC and got an email saying i'd be getting it on 9/21. over the weekend, the authorization drops off and my order is still pending. i call today and they say they had an issue with my CC. i get it all resolved and now it says my order was placed today??
i called back and they said they show the order being placed on the 14th, and that i should have no issues. i talk to a lady in chat and she says i won't be getting it til October? i then call them back and they say i'm fine. i have no idea what to believe. order has a date of 9/18 and backorder quantity of 1 listed on the order status site.
UPDATE:
called back today and talked to a lady that couldn't really give me any kind of information. said that if i didn't receive an email about my status being pushed back that i should't worry. but i also never got any email or notification about the credit card issue (not sure that i ever would have had i not checked myself). another lady in chat insists that my order has been pushed back. website says my phone is backordered. also received a text just now saying my pre-order has processed and i'll be notified when shipped. the lady in chat says she can cancel my order and revert my upgrade status. should i wait it out and see, or should i cancel and go wait in line? i already sold my iphone 4 on ebay, and told them i'd be shipping early next week.

This is EXACTLY, line by line, the same thing that happened to me. Ordered early Friday morning, everything seemed to process fine, but after noticing yesterday that I had no activity on my CC, I call AT&T to find out that there's an issue with my card (I received no notice of this from AT&T, and my order status never showed it). They then run it again, and it goes through fine. I was told on the phone that because I hadn't received any notice or anything being flagged, that my iPhone was still reserved for me, and that my order would process as if it was still placed on the 14th.
After noticing later yesterday that online, my order date had been changed to the 18th, I do an online chat at which point the agent tells me that because of the CC issue, I now won't receive my phone until the October shipments. I then call back, and am told that I'm still scheduled for delivery this Friday. And as of this morning, I have received a new email with my CSS, but my order status still shows as backorder. So it seems that no one at AT&T really knows what's going on. I'm just going to wait it out and see what happens.
