You're automatically in AT&T's Premier if you have a FAN account. That is, you are receiving monthly discounts because of where you work. With that said, I don't know what the difference is between a regular account and a Premier account. What is obvious is that they use different systems. You can't find your order because you're doing it through the regular AT&T Wireless page.
And yeah, I'm in the same boat. I ordered at 7AM PST when the site still shows an estimated delivery date of Sept. 21st. Got the e-mail confirming my order but my order status through the provided link still shows PENDING. No charge on my CC.
I'm glad several people are in the same position I am. I figured there would be activity by end of day but it looks like my pre-order is still in pending status as well. (Pre-ordered 6:45am via Premier; No Credit Card charge activity and still Pending status). Hopefully, something changes by morning.
