Alright, so I'm starting to panic a little bit.
Ordered my phone at exactly 9:40am EST on Friday 9/14. Never got the 1st confirmation email, but I did get the second which said
"Your att.com order ************ has been processed"

It then proceeded to list my order number, phone number associated with the purchase and said "Pending Shipment"

A day or so later, my phone was charged for the 32gb Black phone but it was in pending. Yesterday, that charge disappeared (I'm guessing you don't get charged until it actually ships).
My order status currently says "Pending Shipment" but it also says it's now back-ordered, which it didn't say yesterday morning.
Should I panic? I don't understand why I never got that first confirmation email but I did get the second one. And when I ordered, on the website before I got to the checkout page it said delivered on 9/21/12.
Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
