I have 4 orders, all of them are 1400, all of them placed at 3:10 am EST, all of them are backordered!
And now for an hour the appearance in UPS is gone... can't find it with any combination.. so going back to the position that my order is effectively cancelled... as ALL i have is the premier webpage at "Attention"

My order # from premier email after order on 9/14 is 1019 and it's still backordered. ATT doesn't know what they're doing.

My 32 white that was ordered Saturday via telephone sales is shipped and starts with 6011
We ordered through our Business Premier Rep on Thursday in order to get the Order in as early as possible. We got an email from our Rep on Saturday saying that the order was processed at 8:40PM on Friday the 14th - Go figure!
Order Number starts with: 8895
On the ATT Website for tracking, it shows as "Shipped" and not backordered but with no Tracking Number with the order date of 9/14/2012 - Updated today from yesterday showing as "Processing"
Tried Reference of Phone Number in FedEx system but nothing is found.
Am I wrong to think that if it says Shipped - I will get it on Friday?
EDIT: Ordered 2x iPhone 5 32GB Black/Slate and both show as Shipped but no Tracking Number yet.

This may be wrong. The first 4 digits of my order number are 1711 and I received tracking information. I ordered at 1:58 CDT
My order number for a 64GB Black starts with 1019 and it still shows pending shipment. What does that mean? Doesn't seem like the order number matters.

i got off the phone the lady told me even when it says shipped doesnt mean it ship cause if it did you would have gotten an email and a tracking number she even told me oct 4-15 dates i will have it.

Thanks - I don't necessarily know if I would trust the CSR though as people have had some bad interactions with them where they don't know anything. Hoping tomorrow will be updated with a tracking number because that's pretty crummy if they say "Shipped" when it didn't actually Ship and still on Backorder.
Is anyone in the same boat as me... My phone showed 0 for back order quantity as of 8pm CDT last night but my order still says in progress with no shipping info. I'm wondering if its because I'm in MN and near the supposed hub of 16gb blackiPhones in Illinois. Since its only one day delivery from there maybe it will show shipped tomorrow?
I could of just been a lucky one, but I thought the only thing that really matters is when you order.
Yeah I also ordered through premier. Still shows back ordered and that it was ordered on the 15th when in fact I ordered it on the 14th at 7:37am cst (ten min before you)...
