My Premier order is stuck at "Attention" and I have no way of verifying what they need. Here's the deal:
When I click on the confirmation e-mail, I can see the status as "Attention." It says I can log in for support, but when I do that, and attempt to register my wireless number to establish a premier login, it tells me I can't since I have an Individual Responsibility Account and am ineligible for a login. So I click on another link to get to the Premier login for my company's Premier login site, can get there, but then can't find the order.
So, thanks to AT&T putting me into a "Premier" order list that I can't access, I have no way of knowing what information they need or fixing my order, and of course there is no information anywhere on the site or confirmation e-mail to call anyone. Chat is available M-F only
My card hasn't been charged, so I'm guessing maybe they threw a flag, but again, have no way of knowing for sure.
At least I have my Apple.com order that is preparing for shipment. I really want the no-commitment one I ordered from AT&T, though, before my 30 day return period is up.
