Yes, yippee. Showed shipped yesterday with no other info. This a.m. Had Fed Ex tracking arrive tomorrow by 4:30.

Yup, same here. Trying to find a way to be able to sign for package, so they can just leave it there, I don't see anything on FedEx's website for that though. Oh well, if they don't get it to me on Friday, they'll get it to me on Saturday I guess.
Just got off the phone with AT&T and they stated I would get my phone between Oct. 4th - 15th because my terms and conditions were not accepted until 2 PM EDT on 9/14 even though I ordered online at 6:50 AM EDT and my credit card has been pending for the full amount since 10 AM EDT on 9/14. Any one else having this problem or do still have a chance of getting it tomorrow?
So I woke up this morning....checked the status and my phone went off back order to shipped and I had a working tracking number.....two hours later I check just cause I don't trust ATT much at this point and my phone is back at back order with the tracking number removed. Not sure what to think now...
I don't know what people are referring to when they say 'accept terms & conditions' I don't ever remember having to do this. I bought the original iPhone from Apple, iPhone 3G from AT&T retail store, iPhone 4 from AT&T website and iPhone 5 from AT&T website and don't think I was presented once with a 'terms and conditions' form to agree to or sign.
How could you complete the transaction without agreeing to something like that if it exists / is necessary?
Are these for new contracts? I've always had an AT&T contract..
PS: My 32GB iPhone is at a local FedEx station in Newark, NJ. Not exceptionally local to Philadelphia, PA but a lot closer than it was an hour ago, Fort Worth, TX
Is anyone getting their iPhone delivered tomorrow and ordered it after 6am from att on the 14th? I ordered mines at around 5:40AM and it says my order is still processing.. I thought that was pretty early and expected to get it on the 21st but I guess not.

Mine's flipping around too, I wouldn't worry about it...was your tracking number for the right city atleast?
AT&T site is having issues. The link to order status is not working. But I have not gotten an email that mine shipped.
Ordered at 3:04am on the 14th. Immediately got confirmation email and an order # that begins with 1406.
Getting a little worried. My CC shows it was authorized and is pending.

I chatted with a representative today for the third time. The first one 3 days ago told me a supervisor would call me back...never happened. The second one yesterday told me that as long as I ordered by 11:30 AM, I would get the phone tomorrow and that my order status would update on the website yesterday...never happened. The third one today told me it would ship in October and that they were processing in FIFO. when I told her that this was simply not true based on the 190+ pages of forum reports, I was told that it didn't matter because this was not an official company website.
Finally, I asked again to speak to a supervisor and was actually connected to one. After explaining that I could live without my phone tomorrow but did not want to be affiliated with a company for another two years who did not value its customers and who has lied to me on at least three occasions now, she processed me a statement credit for $150 dollars.
That's all I wanted. Some accountability for the misinformation. I'm happy now (well, I'll be happier when I get the damned phone...)
You only get the T&C email if you order by phone. If you order online there is a checkbox accepting T&C you check off before you submit the order.
You ordered over the phone? I ordered one over the phone, one online. I didn't get the T&C e-mail until 9/15 for the phone order. The one ordered online came off backorder last night, but the one over the phone is still backordered. I'm not expecting it to come tomorrow, I'm just trying to figure out what to do. I ordered the one over the phone to send to a different address, and they made me pay a shipping fee. That's stupid because had I known it wouldn't actually come 9/21 like the guy said, then I would have just had it shipped to the other address and have that person mail it to me. Now I have to wait 14-21 days instead of 2. AT&T is the worst.
Here's a question for you all: is there anyone who lives in TEXAS (especially near the Dallas/FortWorth area) that has received shipping information?
I pre-ordered mine on 9/14 at 9AM CST at an AT&T corporate retail store as soon as it opened, but my backorder is still 1. I'm in Houston, TX so I'm wondering if mine will be shipped last minute since I live so close to the distribution center (its only about a 5 hour drive from Houston to Fort Worth).

If everybody, or a fair amount of people badgered their carrier like this, they would collapse. Your expectations are way too high. Sure, you got a credit which the rest of us will have to pay for. They wanted to get rid of you. They have more important things to do than take multiple phone calls from a customer while they are trying to handle REAL issues. I have either owned or been in Sr Mgmt positions in many companies and would have easily allowed customers like you to just leave. It is not worth it.

I'm in FL and ordered at an ATT store at 9:03 on the 14th. 16G Black. Got an email at 9:24 that day saying I'd get the phone in 14 to 21 days. Still on backorder.
