So this is kinda fun to read! I ordered at 6:35 9/14 64gb black. Gave my info, got my confirmation, and was happy it was easy to do. Get bombed with emails on Saturday 9/15 stating a hold up. Call Sunday to find out whats up and get put on an insane hold to find out their systems are down. Can't get thru Sunday. Call 9am Monday to correct whatever "issue", supposedly ATT system didn't like my unlimited 4g grandfathered in. Premier site says ordered the 14th, but status site says 17th and of course everything is backordered. I'd be perfectly fine if it was my fault, which partly it is since I should have known it wasn't that easy! Thought I'd share my frustration. I plan on effectively making sure that I am given some type of credit for this fiasco. It should not be this difficult to order a damn phone! Congrats to all that have stupid shipping confirmations and tracking numbers. Hope you catch a cramp in your fingers from updating social media sites as to your new found awesomeness in the form of an iPhone 5!
