how is this any way to run a business?? why did some peoples orders go "through on time" while some of us, who ordered EARLIER in the day, get "stuck" and not go through till the afternoon?
i am wondering if come tomorrow the phone will arrive and I'll feel stupid for stressing over all this. could ATT really suck this bad? that the phone is still on its way and i just dont have any of the tracking info. i dont know what to think
I am another terms and conditions casualty. Ordered on the 14th in the am, it shows the 17th. They never even contacted me to tell me there was a problem, just delayed my order. I was an unlimited data grandfathered in.
What a joke AT&T is.
Wondering if I can trust the system to cancel the order if I go wait at a store and get lucky? Worried it will lock me out even though the cancel button is there. Anyone else taking this chance?
