Class action lawsuit for receiving a phone 2 weeks later? Did you not read the terms when you bought the phone? They don't even gautantee you'll get a phone at all. All the Proper verbiage to protect themselves is there.

Pissed consumers are pissed consumers. If you have tens of thousands of people that ordered before millions other that do not receive their phone despite verbiage stating "first come first serve" you are opening yourself up to a world of problems.

My point is that large statement credits don't surprise me.

I have a 1406, ordered at 2:07am central, and have had nothing change since last Friday when I received my emails and had a credit card authorization.

Same here. My credit card was pending the charge, now the charge is GONE...just spoke with AT&T on the phone. She said it doesn't show backorder although when I log in it does. And she said it shows getting my phone on 10/4.

Like I said. This is exactly like Summer 2010 when iPhone 4 came out. I drove myself crazy and told myself never again with AT&T, but I got my phone anyway

Not to mention my email explicitly states it will arrive 9/21. If it does not come, I'm raising hell

Tomorrow's thread will be a 1000 times worse, ATT won't be able to keep up with the activation requests, it's going to be nuts. Then you will have the people that expect to show up at the AT&T store at 8am expecting to get a phone only to have 200 people already there for maybe 50 phones.

My order status since I ordered (which was 9/14 @ 10am est) has said avail in 2 weeks will be deliveried on oct. 5. I've called AT&T and they didn't eve have a record of my order since I ordered thru apple store on ipad. And i had a friend order his in the afternoon of 9/14 and he has a tracking number for tom delivery.Maybe I ordered later than I should have but considering reading 220+ pages if posts and some that state they ordered after mine either est or pst, I'm pissed, I've been waiting for this phone for a while as my 3GS is on its last leg. AT&T did assure me though my contract renewed thru them on the 9/14 so they are garunteed money from me each month. I should have waited in line somewhere......

I think that's the only hope most of us have who are still listed as back ordered right now.

I'd contribute my order number, but my number doesn't look anything like the order numbers I'm seeing people mention here.

For those of you that have FedEx tracking numbers shipping for tomorrow from Dallas/Ft. Worth, have you had any tracking activity aside from just being picked up? I live in the Atlanta area, and all the flights for the day from Dallas to Memphis (none to Atlanta) have flown, and I'm wondering if they ended up on those flights, but FedEx's systems are behind too? Any input?

i think is not when you order the iphone... But it's matter only when you agree on the term when you receive in the mail...

Because i order my iphone at 12pm pa time 9/14 and i got my tracking number today and delivery tomorrow...

I ordered 32GB black thru premier, 10:30 AM EST on Sep 14. My web ref order # is 1010.....

I never got an e-mail asking me to confirm a new contract or anything else. Maybe because i used premier? Or maybe because I was already in the "unlimited" data plan and got transferred into the new unlimited data plan (now 5GB to throttle supposedly)?

My order yesterday showed "shipped" on ATT site and this morning FedEx tracking # showed up with active link. Clicked on link and my phone is coming out of Fort Worth and is estimated for delivery by 3:00 PM tomorrow.

On Friday (9/14) I strolled into work after dropping the kids off at school and ordered my phone, just really leisurely. Now I'm feeling bad for all of you that ordered really early and looking like you might not get yours tomorrow.

I have not received any shipping email but checked online and my status changed to shipped with a tracking number. Shows delivery tomorrow. Shipped from Texas via FedEx and now in Memphis, TN.

See, mine just says picked up at 6 this morning. In my past experience, packages coming from Texas to Atlanta hop on a plane to Memphis, and then take the drive down here. All the flights from Dallas to Memphis are done for the day, but I have no movement on my tracking. So yours HAS moved?
