ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

And it seems the 1406s are the ones that ordered just as they went on sale or shortly thereafter.

I'm in the same boat. 14069-. Ordered on 14th, however, my order date is 15th. All hope is lost.
 
My order status has finally changed.. Back order went from 1 to 0 sometime in the last 2 hours.

Preordered in AT&T store at 9:15 am est approx.

My order number looks much different than the ones I've seen listed here.
 
1406s here me and my wife. Ordered at 3:30am EST on ATT. Phone is coming tomorrow with tracking number for both. FedEx.
 
I am 1504 order number and pre-ordered at 3:30 am EST and still showing "in progress-pending shipment and backorder 1!" why is this happening to me. I want my phone tomorrow!!

Anyways I wanted to cancel my iPhone 5 32gb black preorder order # 1612 I'm back ordered and still processing.
Unfortunately I called too late and their customer service office is closed. So I plan on using another phone upgrade to get my iPhone at the store. I will be with out a phone for 2 week if I don't do this since I sold my iPhone.
But my question is will I be able to cancel my order tomorrow ? I've read many people being able to cancel and others couldn't. I'm in Doubt; if anyone can please tell me that this is most likely to work, thank you.

I'm UPS, but I live 10 minutes from the HUB, so I can pick it up Saturday...after I take my daughter to soccer, get her soccer photos, drop my dog off to get groomed, pick up a gift for a 1:00 party, and so on, and so on. But if my phone is at UPS on Saturday morning - they hubby will do the running around as I sit on the couch with my toy in my hand!

Yeah, make a deal with your husband, he does all the running around while you go to Starbucks to visit with friends and coffee and your new iP5 on Saturday. In exchange, let your husband watch a football game or 2 on Sunday. Guys appreciate being able to watch a game with no interruptions...just sayin'
 
My order status changed at about 9 PM EST to shipped but in carrier it says KAQT which I have no idea what it is...

Just noticed something

I'm one of the 1406 people in back order h*ll. I just noticed that even though I ordered at 3:22am (got the confirmation a few minutes later at 3:26am EDT), the text message I got telling me my order was processed was sent at 3:12pm EDT. So, that means it's possible that those early orders were not processed and "completed" as AT&T references them until much later in the day. Not sure why it would take them 12 hours to finish processing but who knows, maybe they were so overwhelmed with orders in the first hour they didn't get around to finishing them until later in the day. That may explain why we ordered right after the window opened but fell behind many, many, many other people who ordered later and got processed quickly. Just my 2 cents. Doesn't make me feel any better either.

I have 2 phones (1 black 32 and 1 white 32) still in backorder starting with 9041. I ordered via phone around 10:30 CST Friday AM. :mad:

Same boat as you. A 1406 person, got my confirmation email at 3:15am, but my text message came at exactly 3:12pm. Looks like we got glitched.
 
I wonder my order number is so different.. Starts with letters, not numbers. Just changed to 0 back order within the last 2 hrs
