ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

Just got on here, I'm a 1407. I ordered around 6 AM on the atandt website. I got the confirmation about half an hour later saying I would receive it on the 21st. Called at&t some representatives said it will ship at midnight and I'll recieve it tomorrow, some said I wont get it for another 1-2 weeks. Do you guys think I'll get it??
I think we now see a pattern with the 1406 group. We got glitched and by the time they fixed it, we were put behind everyone else. It shouldn't take ~12 hours to finish processing an order but it looks like it did and somehow it's now ours to deal with.
I have 2 phones (1 black 32 and 1 white 32) still in backorder starting with 9041. I ordered via phone around 10:30 CST Friday AM.
Same order #, 1 white 32 1 white 16, ordered by phone around same time (although didn't get accept the t&c until 9/15) still waiting for any kind of progress.
At this point I would be happy if it just even just ships tomorrow and I get it Mon or Tue, if I don't see anything at all happen or change tomorrow I fully expect them to credit both lines upgrade fees. I still have hope maybe when I wake up it updated during the night, or better yet just shows up and never was updated online.
People say that after 6pm PST today that if you haven't gotten the tracking number, then it's over.
i have a 9041 order, still backorder 1 and processing on the main account website, what kind did u order? i got a 32 BLK
I agree but would like to add the 1504 group. I ordered and 30 min after the site allowed right after my brother. He got a ship and mine is back ordered. The 15th I called AT&T and they said based on my ordered time I should get it on the 21 as the site said when I ordered. Unfortunately looks like I was lied to.
Yeah, the rep I was talking to while fixing my card problem said that it shouldn't affect my order. However, I was also lied to. FML.

Anyways I wanted to cancel my iPhone 5 32gb black preorder order # 1612 I'm back ordered and still processing.
Unfortunately I called too late and their customer service office is closed. So I plan on using another phone upgrade to get my iPhone at the store. I will be with out a phone for 2 week if I don't do this since I sold my iPhone.
But my question is will I be able to cancel my order tomorrow ? I've read many people being able to cancel and others couldn't. I'm in Doubt; if anyone can please tell me that this is most likely to work, thank you.

My text came at 1:42pm but I ordered at 2:07am and have a 1406. My second email came at 1:09pm central.
Yes I am, 15045XXXXXX. Ordered online at 6:50 AM EDT 9/14, but they said their systems messed up and didn't process my terms and conditions until 2PM. But I received a text at 10 AM saying my preorder was processed and my credit card has been pending for the full amount since that time as well. But my order status online is "In Progress" and Qty. Back Ordered is 1 with "Pending Shipment". For what it is worth CSR told me I would get it between Oct. 4th - 15th. But they do not know jack. Holding out hope that I will receive it tomorrow.
Yeah I called yesterday and they told me I should get it on the 21st as well. I ordered at 1:00 am pst. Hopefully 1504s get delivered tomorrow..Would suck if that late confirmation email means I'm screwed because of their system being crap.
For reference, I'm a 1407 as well, on backorder. Weird thing is I've received my CSS email, and even had the actual charge (not the pending authorization...that hit and dropped off a couple of days ago) hit my credit card. So AT&T actually took my money for the phone, but hasn't shipped one yet. How f---ed up is this launch...wow.
I'm 1406. Scheduled to arrive tomorrow via FedEx. My status updated with a tracking number late Tuesday night (PDT) and the tracking info went live last night. I ordered right at the opening, my first email arrived at 12:04am PDT.
My package just left the Ft Worth TX hub a few minutes ago for delivery to the Houston area.
I'm at pretty much the same place as you. I was second in the door and my first four numbers are 1282. Still haven't figured out what the letter X means at the beginning of it...
