ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

Hey guys. I ordered at ~7:30 am on the 14th through the AT&T website and my order is a "Premier" order... My card has been charged, however the standard AT&T order status site says the order date is the 15th (unlike the status linked in the confirmation email). I'm confident of the 21st delivery, but this disparity has me worried. Anyone else have the same issue?

Jus thought I would ease some people's tensions out there. Just got done chatting with a CSR online and here are her exact words:

"Yes, that is correct. Customers who have placed their orders before 12:00PM EST, will receive their device by 9/21/12."

That means if you were good enough to get yours in before that time you will get yours for sure on Friday. I know I placed mine at about 6:20 AM EST on the 14th and she said I qualified. Also, shipping numbers won't be sent out until around Monday or Tuesday was what I was also informed. There is a possibility you may get them earlier but don't fret if Monday comes around and you still haven't gotten yours.

Thanks for this. I just wish that every CSR would be on the same page.

They also put late shipping dates on orders that were ordered in that time frame, I guess AT&T isn't that good at huge preorders.

I pre-ordered mine in store at 7:04am Pacific Time. I haven't been sent the email yet about the T&C. Is it possible that when you do it through a store, you automatically agree to it when the person putting your order through is helping you?

Also, I talked to an ATT rep today (Jason) and he told me that I could receive the T&C AFTER it ships.

Comments/thoughts?

My current order status is like everyone else: Processing & Pending Shipment

Same here. I ordered online and did not get an email about T&C. I think I accepted online, not sure. When I called they told me that I would get it when I got my phone? My order is pending shipment as well.
 
ordered 6:15am on 09/14 premier status shows preorder processing but I now no longer have the cancel preorder button

Processing and pending shipment are 2 totally different statuses. "processing" is when your order is still being worked on and hasn't gone out to the shipping area. This is the stage where you can still make changes (shipping address, etc). "pending shipment" is when the item is actually set to be shipped and presumably boxed up awaiting a label. Once it's "pending shipment" changes can no longer be made. Most early pre orders are pending shipment at this point, while the later pre orders are still in the processing stage. Not saying some later pre orders won't arrive on the 21st, but "processing" and "pending shipment" are 2 different stages.

Well my order states that it is in process and pending shipment on one page, but on another it still says processing?

EDIT: The one that states processing, it says "shipping status: processing"...

Except...one order status shows my order as processing while the other order status (for the same order) shows pending shipment

The order is listed as In Progress

The Tracking Number is listed as Pending Shipment

I have no idea, I talked to a CSR and they said I had a shipping date of 10/4 and my order was finished at 2:03AM Central Time...3 minutes after preorders opened. There's no way mine is backed up to october 4.

Yeah. Thats so wrong. Unless it's a different process from when YOUR order is confirmed until when it gets through everyone else's. You know what I mean? 15,000 other people could of hit the submit button the same time as you.

Yeah, I understand, but other people have said that some AT&T CSR have said that anyone who ordered before 12PM(?) will get it on the 21st. So, I really don't think anyone knows.

Mine was done at 3:09 ET, a few minutes after you and I was told it would ship on the 20th. Hopefully they will have more accurate info Mon or Tues.
