I pre-ordered in-store at 9AM CST and my order number starts with XK. My backorder switched from 1 to 0 yesterday afternoon, but on shipping info yet. Still says "Pending Shipment."
My EXTP Numbers begin with EXTP889981**** and EXTP889980****. How about everyone else?

Since I'm using my companies FAN number for a discount, I'm considered a Small Business account. At least that's what it says when I call 611.

Hey guys, I am new to this forum, and to iPhones in general actually (switched from android for the 5). I stumbled on this while trying to find out more about iPhones. I know that many of you are in the same situation as me, and I tried to look through as many pages of posts as I could, but I was wondering if someone could give me a little insight.
I ordered my white 32gb iPhone on the 14th around noon EST. I ordered it in the store, and the representative told me I could expect it on the 21st. I am a new AT&T customer, and not a "Premier" customer. I recieved one email a few hours after placing my order with the title "Your recent AT&T order status" with basic info and the link to att.com/orderstatus as well as my order transaction number and stuff. Reading through this forum, I see that many people can see when theirs is backordered and such, but I get no such information on mine. It only says processing. Can anyone tell me when I can expect my iPhone or even if I can see if it is backordered? AT&T customer support has been no help. Also is anyone in the same situation as me? Appreciate the help guys!

I think EXTP is short for external premier, since the orders came in through the premier site and were subsequently entered later in the main order system.
Mine is still back ordered, and the upgrade eligibility check now is giving me a strange error saying my line cannot be upgraded (not even at full price). This is not the case with my other line that I upgraded through apple (and just shipped today)
