Finally got a call back from a supervisor and the best she can do is give me half off of the activation fee... $18. Are you f u cking kidding me?????

BS! Dude, gender indifferent, call back. I called premier one day and got a $25 credit. I was seeing people here getting $100 credits, so I decided to make them give back as much a possible. I called regular AT&T and I was cool about it and I asked if any fees are associated with the order. With no problems, she checked to make sure it was on the bill and credited the $36 dollars. I ordered the 14th and got pushed back to the 17th. SHE even said it looks like I should have been calling with help to activate it. It is what it is now. They just need to placate the masses they screwed, at least that's what I think.
