ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

You should. Mine reads just as yours did, and it went off back order early Saturday evening. I'm expecting mine this week though I have no tracking number yet.
Mine went off of backorder this weekend but I haven't seen a shipping order yet. Think I'll get it this week? I'm at 1407 order and I'm pending shipment. Crossing my fingers!

But I wouldn't beat yourself up too much about it because more than likely the status will change tonight or in the next day or two confirming your shipment status. It probably just takes awhile for their systems to update every single order. Where do you get these numbers? The four digits before the hyphen or first four after?
It's up again, I've still got the same status on all 3 of my phones
Waiting sucks. My wife thinks I have a chronic case of obsessive behavior and that my priorities are all mucked up. I think she might be right.
I know it's just a coincidence, but I went on-line and paid my ATT bill. It was just on a wild whim, because I haven't even received my paper bill yet, and it wasn't due until the middle of October. Weirdly enough, I got a tracking number five minutes later. Voodoo.

Update: All of our phones had been ordered IN store at 9:00 cat, for reasons described in earlier posts. All had been on perpetual backorder. However, over the weekend, my black 32 and my son's black 32 went from backorder 1 to backorder 0, and then later received shipping. My wife's, order 5 minutes later, did not update until 24 hours later, but ultimately did the same, and will now arrive one day later than ours. My point is NOT to brag or gloat, but to share the glimmer of hope that things ARE progressing, slowly. I hope that all of your statuses change quickly. I now hate ATT slightly less.

It could only be our current phones that we see all week, but at least for the most of us, our 3G, 3GS, 4 & 4S should still give us what we need to get though this wait.

I'm selling my 4S when I get the 5 so I'm going to be super nervous about damaging it until then
