When I talked to AT&T today they said they process shipment information on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and ship Monday, Wednesday, Friday but they change those days for shipping daily.

When I talked to AT&T today they said they process shipment information on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and ship Monday, Wednesday, Friday but they change those days for shipping daily.
Well that's great information to have. I assume then we're not going to receive any updates tonight, but Tuesday? And, that could occur at any time during the day tomorrow? I'm still annoyed yet hopeful this is accurate on their part. Thanks for sharing this.
You're welcome. It was shocking information to me. They said we'll all remain in progress and when they get stock in from Apple, they'll immediately ship out and it seems like they should have gotten in phones today, either process tomorrow or ship tomorrow. Which could mean shipping Wednesday. We'll see...
I wouldn't even go by anything they say. It seems like they do it all any day of the week. Wouldn't process shipping information be part of coming off backorder, which many of us luckily did today?
Received mine today from AT&T in store preorder .... I can truthfully say that was my first and last preorder
At least you're off backorder. I ordered in the first 7 minutes, have a 1406 order, and I'm still listed as backordered. AT&T has offered no explanation and just diverts all blame to Apple.
I'm thinking of those that went off back order this past Saturday and received their phones today. It sounds plausible, though I went off back order 9/22 as well and nothing happened. Maybe I'm in the next group? So if I'm processed tomorrow and shipped, Wednesday would be my day to celebrate. Hey, at this point I'm grasping at just about every straw I can get!

Any theory that the order numbers meant something obviously does not apply. Though it's been that case for awhile as a couple of 1406 orders got their phone on launch day.
Basically, it just doesn't make sense. Not even AT&T has an explanation (or a solution).
Same boat as you. I am hoping to get it sooner. Only time will tell. Last time I checked which was like 5 minutes ago I was still on back order.

I find it funny people have been through 3, 4, 5, 6 replacements already and people haven't even gotten their pre orders yet. This is literally the most fkd up release of a product ever. Can we have Steve back please?
