So you ordered 4 days ago and the phone will be there tomorrow?

What's your order number? I wanna call att and give them hell. It'd be cool to have your order info so I can throw it in their face about how somebody ordered on the 22nd and will get their phone on the 27th, whereas thousands/millions of orders were placed long before yours and are still on backorder!

Nothing against you, but seriously, that's messed up.

Hey bud! I'm sorry about the lack of good news. :(

I can't help but wonder if, with the impending launch in other countries, you'll begin to see a boost in 32's made available, and subsequent status changes. Surely Apple wouldn't plan another huge launch and not have an adequate amount of the 32gb version for the throngs of fans elsewhere. And, one would think they'd also realize the critical shortage--and long, dreary wait times--of those right here in the states.

If I recall correctly, this coming Friday was to be another big delivery day for Apple customers on back order. Hoping this means AT&T consumers will get a big chunk of those phones as well. :)

going with my friend to UPS to sign for her phone that was ordered through Apple at the same time I ordered mine through AT&T.

same here, ordered a black 32gb on the 14th.

Anyone else wish there was a "first color available" option? because I really and truly don't have a preference lol. I just want my d@mn phone!!!
 
Just tried to argue with a csr stating why I should be paying an upgrade fee for last months bill if I haven't even received the phone I ordered yet. She seemed like she wanted to kill me it was fun. So then she goes on to tell me I'm not gonna receive my iPhone until October 8th? Lol. Order on the 14tg and it's gonna take almost an entire month? This is total BS.

I suspect the latest script calls for denying any further perks to customers. I really don't feel they care at all at this point. They seem to be saying we've done all we can do, or are going to do. :(

Chill. I think ogwald74 was referring to back order status. ogwald74 has been posting on this thread since 9/18.

Well I'll be damned. Been backordered since I completed my order at 6:16 AM CDT on the 14th.

1x32 GB white
1x32 GB black
Non-premier

1612 order group

No communication except email confirmation confirming 9/21 delivery.

Just got the CSS email and both phones off backordered finally. Hopefully it won't be long now!

Haha don't worry just ****in with you. But true story, ordered on the 14th at 9:45 PM CST. Went off backordered yesterday the 25th at around 2:00 pm. All 3 of my phones shipped between 3:00 and 6:00 pm today. Overnight for tomorrow.
 
Receiving my iPhone 5 tomorrow. Just got the tracking info.

I ordered on September 15 around 8:30p.m. (Saturday). I am sorry to everyone who ordered before me and hasn't received theirs yet. I feel bad as the company should ship them on a first come first serve basis

Mine is a 16GB Black. Taken off backorder yesterday in the afternoon and just received shipping info.

Did anyone preorder, realized they weren't going to receive the phone on the 21st and manage to cancel their order with AT&T, then go to an Apple store or AT&T store and buy it? AND THEN receive another iPhone 5 (your original order) today? Even though your ordered was cancelled and there are no charges on your credit card?

Joshua: I have some customers that ordered on the 17th they will not get their phone until deep in November.

Ordered my iphone on the 14th around 1300, at the AT&T store. My status changed from to 0 backordered, within the last 3 hours. Hopefully it will ship soon.
