A few posts up shows someone that still has 1 under qty back-ordered and since they ordered 3 minutes into pre-orders, they obviously weren't premier.

im still showing 1 back ordered and i ordered at 2:59 EST 9/14, confirmation at 3 AM EST exactly. charge on my card, but it says preorder processing on premiere tracking with the cancel preorder button that reappeared and on att regular status tracking it says in progress pending shipment

just checked my order status, im no longer back ordered, it says 0, processing and pending shipment
I finally figure out the real issues why ATT Premier users are not getting our phones as fast as anyone else..It is 100% AT&T Premier FAULT!!
If you check thru your confirmation email and ATT Premier site, it will show that you ordered on 9/14 at whatever time you ordered- BUT obviously your order then goes all the way through the AT&T WIRELESS SITE:

When you check your status that way, for all you Premier customers, note the date that it shows ordered in the system!!! It shows 9/15. So although we ordered on the 14th, it did not actually go to inventory orders until the 15th which puts us all DEAD LAST and is the reason that we BUSINESS CUSTOMERS will not get our phones until MID OCTOBER (and many were told that if you order the 64 White which I did, you would get it right away!)
NOW WE CAN ALL GO SCREAMING AT PREMIER THAT BUSINESS CUSTOMERS GOT SCREWED!
Although Premier orders have no "priority" they are thrown into the same order queue as everyone else, i.e. regular web orders, telesales, retail store orders.Premier will be delivered 10-4 to 10/12. If you ordered prior to 12pm EST you are almost guaranteed to get your phone Friday. The closer to that deadline you are the more of a risk you have of being delayed a week.

Gabrielle: Orders placed before 9:00AM Pacific(12:00PM EST) on 9/14/12 will ship by 9/21/12. Orders placed after this time, will ship in 14-21 business days.
Gary: OK. Thank you. Is there any particular reason it isn't updating online? I had heard from numerous people that had gotten the info you gave me, but quite a number are still just showing processing.

I just got through speaking to AT&T, because I ordered my right at 7am EST and my status had not changed at all. This is what I was told:

Yeah. Apparently Premiere customers only get Processing and Shipped. Mine does not even say In Progress, just Processing.There are different statuses available for regular and premier accounts.
