All 6 of my premier business orders are off backorder as of yesterday.

4 black 16gb's ordered on the 14th processed on the 18th.
2 white 32gb's, one ordered on the 14th and processed on the 18th, the 2nd one placed on the 18th and entered on the 22nd.

So my latest order processed on the 22nd is off backorder, that should give some home about other orders.
 
Went from Memphis at 4 am to the truck at 845 in new jersey. Out for delivery by 430. Can't wait to get done work at 3pm!!!!!!

Now just waiting for my wife's 16gb white and I'll be done with this mess, she went off backorder yesterday.

Looks like AT&T is really getting these supplies now. Hope it continues through the later orders and doesn't just halt soon.
 
16gb black ordered 9/14 am, processed 9/19...
Looking at the dates of those coming off BO I'm really hoping to see something in the next couple of days...

Hello all long time reader first time poster. Like you steph7 I also ordered on the 21st a blk 16gb and no progress still on backorder. I ordered through premiere if that means anything, seems like after reading a bit premiere doesnt me crap

Ordered black 32gb in store 9/18

Came off backorder last night, about 5:30 EST, 10/2 :)

No shipping information as of now, shows status "in progress" and under shipping information states "pending shipment". :(

Dont worry it's coming! Give it up to 72 hours, that's how long it took for me.

My wife's 16gb white just got shipped 24 hours after coming off backorder. Almost done with this thread!
 
Why is everyone coming off of BO getting their shipping info! :(

I came off of it midday Saturday... It's Wednesday. How is my phone not in my hands yet?

Is it 'cause it's a 16GB white? Are they low on those or...?

I just seem to rhyme to this reason.

I'm gonna punch AT&T in the face.

Oh man, you came off backorder Saturday and still no shipping info??? I read about that earlier in the week but thought that had all been resolved... sorry to hear. Best of luck!
 
I ordered my white 32GB phone from the retail store on 9/22. Order was processed the same day. It just went off of back order today but no shipping information. Playing the waiting game like everyone else!

Ironically, I will be traveling tomorrow and won’t be home until Tuesday. So unless it magically arrives today, the phone can take its time.
 
I've noticed people mention different dates for ordered and processed. I see a line for "Date Ordered" but see nothing for a processed date. My status says "In Progress" and it shows it as back-ordered so I assume my order has been processed. Am I correct?
 
This is odd, so I got my shipping info about a half hour ago (via the order status page) and then a few minutes later when I was checking my email I noticed that AT&T sent me an email that said my premier order was cancelled, and then a minute later they sent me an email saying that it was shipped... do I have anything to worry about?
 
Yesterday morning I woke up to no back order status, and now today next to Apple iPhone under Tracking Number it now says Pending Shipment. I wonder how long till it ships and I get the tracking number.

The date "processed" is when you get a text or email saying your order is confirmed and processed. It will continue to say "In Progress" until your order ships. Go to http://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/ and there you can check BO status.

I woke up to see that my order now has the Pending Shipment status as well and changed "ATC Genco" to Otterbox now, but on the other status page it shows it has backorder still, but it still lists my Otterbox as an "ATC Genco" accessory so I guess it hasn't updated yet and it's still on backorder. Only time will let us know, and I for sure am not expecting anything anytime soon :p

Well. I am officially done with this thread I think. Good riddance. My phone will be here in a few hours. Wifes 16gb white just shipped out for delivery on oct 4th by 4:30 pm. Good luck to everyone else!

same here...by 3pm. are you in california? my wife's phone is also a 16 white iphone 5
