My best friend Ordered a 32GB on The 26th and he received his phone on friday. I called ATT to upgrade to a 32GB They said i cant. Im Frustrated this is gonna take forever

This is why I hope I get my phone this week. I ordered on the 28th and I'm on BO still :D Some people on this thread even posted ordering on the 28th-30th 32GB and they already got theirs so I know how you guys feel :(

Which version did you get cause if it was the 16g don't even get your hopes up cause I ordered the 16g white on the 18th not even off back order.

Well you might be in luck. It sounds like they are shipping way faster. It makes me mad that att is doing this, but I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks, but I think you need it more because I would not have had the patience to wait as long as you have :p We'll get our phones eventually and we can tell this story to our friends later to blow some steam off. I know I will  AT&T needs to hurry up with the next shipment.

You are right about that

Is this a good thing? The thread is huge and difficult to sift through:

Apple iPhone 5 - 16GB Processing Pending Shipment 1

I assume that means it's actually in stock and ready to ship from AT&T?

Thanks.

Check out this link instead of this one. If there are any 1's listed under the backorder column, you'll have to wait a bit. My order has said Pending Shipment for like 5 days already in the second link.

so 9.17 white 16gbs are beginning to move? same model, processed on 9.22, was told shipping between 10.9 - 10.15. looks like.. it might be plausable. but as of now, BO 1.

I can see my Speck case starting to mock me from afar... with its empty insides and whatnot..

Ordered black 32gb on 9/21, went off BO on 10/3, I currently have "pending shipment" status and haven't heard anything since. This Thursday will be 21 business days AT&T.. I know where to find you, haha :)

We got the one that we ordered on the 14th at launch. Now we need to get another one, and I can't decide between AT&T, AT&T direct fulfillment or Apple Store pickup. I'm sure ordering from the Apple Store to ship will take the longest. Any suggestion regarding AT&T online vs. AT&T DF?

What about calling the Apple store between 10pm - 4am and then go pick it up the next day? I've heard that's been working for some.

Just a correction. You don't call. You add it to your online cart and select store pickup, and try to find a store near you with stock. If they have it in stock, you can complete the order and pick it up the next day.

Wish I could do this...stupid business account...

Not really calling but ordering from Apple.com at the very beginning of 10PM for local pickup at your closest Apple Store.
