Odd, I ordered right at 6:05est and got my confirmation at 6:10. Surely mine will ship if yours does.
 
Those who are no longer backordered... do you mind telling us what model you ordered? Just trying to figure out if there is any pattern to this.

The first round, and most/all rounds of pre-order shipments until production is caught up won't hit AT&T's warehouse. They will be shipped directly from China. If you are in the first round, 9/21 is the date of delivery, not of shipping.

I ordered as soon as I could load the premier page(from my myATT account site) at 5:05am cst(6:05 est/3:05 pst). The order was confirmed at 5:10am and my CC showed pending charge at that time. My order was a 32GB White.

Can you do us a BIG favor and ask ATT rep on chat what time your order was processed?

I ordered at ATT premier site at 10:20AM but regular ATT site has it as 8:30PM.

Im just trying to check if they processed the premier orders in bulk or how the heck they processed it.
 
64 black premier 745am est. Still on backorder, really wanna know whats up as i have an order pending with apple as well from 345am which says oct 5th. I'd consider just hitting the line, but AT&T already hit me for the full damn price.
 
I also changed from '1' back order to '0' on regular AT&T site within last hour

Ordered 6:15am EST
CC charged 9:15am EST
Revived confirmation email immediately but nothing else ("ship by sept 21")

ATT cannot see premier accounts. I ordered a little before 6. Got the email confirmation at 6:13. My credit card was charged (held) immediately for the full amount.
 
I ordered from Premier around 6:15am EST (got confirmation 6:21am EST). Black 32GB. In the past 15mins or so the backordered flag went away.
 
I wish I was hot with the full price. I think it means you will get it.
Please those on Premier ordered online at Premier, any of yours changed from back order? I ordered 64 White at 815 am est. still on back order and no charge whatsoever. Not even pending cc charge.
 
Mine just turned to 0 qty backordered. I am thankful, as being without a phone for 3+ weeks would have sucked.
 
16gb white iphone premier customer. Was an add a line. Mine went from 1 to 0 within the last five minutes. Ordered around 5am central time. I am so stoked!!
 
Just curious, did all of ya'll orders process early? Because I got the process order at about 1PM CST and I think that's why my backorder hasn't gone away. I did order at 2:03AM CST though...
 
I had to register to say that mine (Premier account, 64gb black) also has gone to backorder 0 I ordered at 6:30am eastern.

But in my case I had a Attention status put on my order because of my credit card and i was able to resolve it around 10:00pm on friday. So I believe that what others have posted here is accurate, that just because you get an attention status doesn't mean you go to the back of the line.

I ordered from the premier site when it got back online that night. I received a text saying we got your order. Plus an email saying we got your order. Havent heard anything since. Now i am not on backorder. My Chase card was debited almost immediately but i just check and is still saying pending so it has not charged. I am assuming that sometime within the next day or two it will actually charge my card.
 
I also have a question. Did all of you who had. Back order removed also get pending cc charged initially or just now? My cc never got accessed at all.
