So ordered at 7:45am on the 14th by adding a 3rd line to a family account.

My credit card finally has a pending $250 charge today.

The main account holder hasn't been sent the terms and conditions email yet. WTF :confused::confused::confused:

Item status: Processing :(

Anyone else going through this situation atm?

Will I get my iPhone 5 on the 21st?

I have a Delivery date of oct 10th, is it worth cancelling and going by walmart/radioshack/att ? if so what are the chances of geting a phone that wasnt pre ordered

adding my info to the signature just so I don't have to keep typing it over or referencing to an older post.

Anyone with 16/whites got some sort of tracking through UPS.com tracking by reference yet? Apperently ATT orders work there as well...

try getting it at a target. for the 4s i got it there after all other places were sold out.
 
What is the link to AT&T to show the backorder quantity. Every status page for AT&T I go to makes no mention of backorders, etc.

I'm thinking the people who are premiere get this information?
I don't see that on the tracking site either. In fact, I never received any emails, but can see tracking info and still have a pending credit card authorization.

Has anyone who ordered directly from AT&T been able to see their status on ups or FedEx?

Appreciated. Well, since everyone else told their story, I guess I should add mine. Order 2 White 64GB iPhones at exactly 4:50am PST on Sept 14th. I can see that there is a hold on my CC for the amount of the two phones. However, it says date order as Sept 15th (as the majority of Premier folks have been relaying on this thread). Not sure what that's about (maybe I got stuck at the back of the line, I dunno). The funny thing is, I am a Premier customer, but was able to go through the normal AT&T website to make my preorders. Both orders say "Preorder Processing", whatever that means.

All I know is this: If I don't get an appreciable answer from AT&T by close of business tomorrow morning, I'm just going to cancel the preorders and go to my nearest Apple or AT&T store and buy them there. For the life of me, I can't understand AT&T's inability to properly track the order process for any of their customers. You would think after 6 iPhones (5+ years) AT&T would of streamlined the process. But reading over previous preorder threads from past iPhone launches all seem the same.

I guess I'll know something come hell or high water Monday morning.
 
If my card was charged for 399.99 for both my pre-orders with ATT, does that mean I will get them on the 21? My GF ordered through Apple and it shows it is being packaged now, but ATT has not updated my status since pre-order processing.

When I talked to an AT&T rep tonight he said that I can't cancel it unless it flips over to back-order, and that if I go to an AT&T or Apple Store on Friday I wouldn't get my upgrade price. As it stands he says I'm guaranteed an iPhone, just that it won't ship probably until 10/4 at the earliest. I'm one of those Premier customers that got screwed. I tried for 3 hours to get it ordered but would only get an error page. Finally got it ordered at 7ish am my time. So once I have my phone safely in my grubby little hands I'm going to ditch Premier.
 
I pre-ordered my iPhone 5 Friday Morning and it said it was due to be delivered on the 21st
....However my order status kept saying pending, so i called about 20 mins ago (automated order checker) and its saying my credit card could not be processed. If I call AT&T and give them a new card do you think my phone will still be here on the 21st??
 
Cut off time for 1st batch

Has anyone figured out the official cut off time for 1st batch via AT&T or Premier?

I think it was around 12:45am PST for Apple.com. If you ordered after 12:45am PST you will not get the Sept 21 shipment. The second batch will arrive between Oct 1 and Oct 5 depending on how far away you are from Kentucky.

Hey guys if your in fl the iPhones 5's are here they are sitting in the warehouse waiting for shipment in Tampa i know this because my cousin is a manager for Walmart and he had to pick Colors,GB,and carriers all walmarts are getting 15 Each !
 
I got AT&T to call me at 6 am and pre ordered then
I instantly got the t&c email and my cc was charged instantly too
But I never saw anything about getting it on the 21st though I'm keeping my fingers crossed though
 
I added a new line to my Family Plan and I got an email saying that my order was successfully processed and sent to the warehouse for shipment on 2/14 -- however when I check the status on the order status page it says Processing still with no ship date listed :mad:

I still don't have an order status page or any confirmation emails from AT&T ugh!! I ordered Friday at 8 pm accepted terms an conditions email at 830 pm Friday night. I guess it's nice they charged my account but I hate not having an order status page on their website or any confirmation emails!!! I figured by about 6 am this morning it would change but it never did.

Edit: I just called the automated order status line and also it cannot find my order yet I have 2 charges on my account for the 2 phones I ordered. This is the last time I order over the phone. Only reason I had to order over the phone is because they waived the $250 early upgrade fee for me. I guess I can't really complain TOO much, but still lack of confirmation of anything is unsettling!
 
Oh and I ordered at 3:30am EST on 2/14 when the AT&T website was all messed up... now I have two orders (different order #'s) placed instead of one. I wonder how that will work since that would take my Family Plan to 6 lines... when the limit is 5.
