Man. I ordered 9/14 and now I FINALLY received my email confirming my order and on the order status page it says I didn't order until 9/17. Really got screwed.
Who elese has a 32 gb black that still has a "1" under QTY Back-Ordered?
When they say 'had our order in by 9am Pacific', do they mean Submitted or Status change from Pending to Processing? I think I'm good either way, but can never be too sure.
Ordered a White 16GB from Premier at 7am EST. The full amount hit my bank account as Pending at 1:52 PM, and hasn't changed yet because 5/3 doesn't Process until Mon evening after a certain time on Friday. Order status still shows 1 under Qty-Backordered and the Cancel Btn comes and goes.
I ordered on 9/14, 3AM EST and my order is still showing Processing.
Normally I wouldn't be concerned but it seems like everyone is showing shipped.
Maybe my phone is sitting on a truck nearby.
What is odd, I just got an email from AT&T Customer Care for Wireless that said recent activity happened on my account but no details.
When I log in, I see no change.

This is pretty much what happened to me. I never got the second email saying my order had been processed and sent to the warehouse because I apparently didn't accept the Terms and Conditions for the new 2-year contract.
At this point, my original preorder (2:51am EST) has been canceled by AT&T and I'm waiting 2-3 weeks for shipping.
