Am I the only one who NEVER had credit card accessed yet?

I seem to be more bizarre than all. Ordered 7 a.m. est on the 14th White 64 on Premier. Got the initial email re ship by 21st. NEVER accessed my Credit Card at all! Changed from back order 1 to 0 but still nothing on my Credit card. Also, now when I log in to my Premier account, and type in my original order number from their email, it no longer exists and there is a totally different order number that I can only get in the other system when I enter my phone number!!! Anyone else have something like that? Premier reps have stated that I am in the slot to receive 10/4-18 even though I am in the first group to order on the Premier site.
 
I have a question, since I still have the "cancel preorder" option on my status page, can I cancel the preorder and try to get a phone on Friday at an att store? I know since I ordered online I already agrees to the terms and conditions and wasn't sure if this was possible. My bank account still has the charge as pending and on the status page I have a 1 on back order. Thanks for your help!

anyone preorder within the first 5 minutes have shipping info yet? My cc still has the pending charge but no shipping info
 
i think this is getting too boring and redundant. every one here has no update since saturday. everyone needs to take a break. go walk out the dog. he needs to go pee pee.

when did your backorder change from 1 to 0?

lol yeah the thing is i don't have a dog :p just wondering if their credit card went back to $0.00 after there backorder was at 1 to 0.

Just to be clear, has anyone who ordered from ATT.com got a tracking number, either from ATT or from using the trick on the home page?

Ordered from Permier phone at 4:30 am Friday. Sometime in the last 20 hours the device went off back order.

CC authed, now charged in full. 64 gb white
 
A lot of the corporate discounts are given by company code- so of you work for UPS and get a 13% monthly discount via your code(made up % btw), then they'd ship via UPS, not FedEx.

My order was placed 7 am CST 9/14, over web, I have an email statin delivery of 9/21, and a full charge on my CC, but still an in process status
 
I ordered mine in store Friday, first person there at 10am (had to go in to store due to my business account) but I can't seem to check my order online and when I call in to ATT they have no record of my preorder...however, the charges are pending on my card and I have the receipt...any one else experiencing this? I'm sure it's been addressed, unfortunately I just don't have the time to backread right now at work. Thanks!

You should receive your package much eaerlier than 14-21 days. I have a coworker who preordered at the late date of Monday and there order will ship next week. Dont believe the 14-21 business day line, AT&T just doesn't communicate well to their employees.

That's odd. Ordered mine through premier at 8:07 EST on the 14th, and mine is showing as ordered on the 15th. What the crap?

Same boat.. I got my order in around 8:30 AM EST and my status page says 9/15 but the status page linked in my email says 9/14. I still show 1 backordered. 32 gb black.:mad:
 
Seems like there are a lot of premier customers here, which is why so many people are confused by the 9PST/12PM EST cutoff since it seems that a lot of premier (if not all) of our orders went in a day or two after we ordered.

For example, I ordered at 7:22AM 9/14, as it indicates on my e-mail and the premier status page. Yet @ the regular AT&T status page, my order date is 9/16 (which is also when my card was charged - charge is still pending).

I think the biggest issue is AT&T's failure to properly communicate anything. Nobody is asking for the latest information, but at least a simple e-mail would be nice.. something like "Dear xxx, Based on our current inventory levels, we estimate that your order will be one of the first to be shipped with an estimated delivery of 9/21".

I just called AT&T to check my order status. I ordered two 16GB phones at around 10am on the first day. Everything online, including my emails, said that I would get my phones on launch.

After talking with the customer service rep I am now being told I will not get my phones until sometime between Oct 4-14. My order status still says processing.

I have to turn in our old phones before Oct 1st to get money for them. Which needless to say, is not going to happen now. So another $400 bucks down the drain on our old phones.

AT&T has really screwed us over on this one. Might be jumping ship on them soon. My launch day phones have now been pushed back almost a full month. Sounds like they are going to lose a customer of 10 years over this one.

Cancel your order; go early and wait in line at an Apple store on Friday; then sell your old phones. Problem solved. You're welcome.
 
NB - not all Premier users get the $36 fee waived. It depends on the agreement your organization has with ATT.
 
Well, the back ordered finally changed from 1 to 0 and I received the customer satisfaction survey... now if I can just get a tracking number so I can make sure I know if it will be delivered Friday or Monday, so I can make sure someone will be there to sign for it.

I can't imagine anyone giving them a good satisfaction survey at this point!

no activity since friday. and CC is still pending as i checked this morning. there's a possibility an activity could occur today for people who ordered at the same time as me. either that, or we'll get ours in october.

i shouldn't have canceled my order on apple. i ordered mine at 2:45am cst but the delivery date slipped to 2 to 3 weeks so i canceled it and ordered it on att.com.

My girlfriend pre-ordered our phones (both 64GB) through AT&T while I was at work, and she did it before the cut-off time on Friday. She's upgrading her phone, and I'm switching from Verizon. If I'm understanding this right she needs to accept the T&C before they'll even ship the phone??

If so, I'll be pissed, because they're holding funds of $863.98 for the two phones and I shouldn't have to wait weeks, when the site said "Ships on or before 9/21" at the time of order, according to her.
 
You agreed to a contract. Why can't you honor it like those of us coming from an iPhone 4 or older? If you want to upgrade, then pay the extra $250 or just wait another year.

Contracts are met to be broken. Everything is negotiable.
