I just called AT&T to check my order status. I ordered two 16GB phones at around 10am on the first day. Everything online, including my emails, said that I would get my phones on launch.
After talking with the customer service rep I am now being told I will not get my phones until sometime between Oct 4-14. My order status still says processing.
I have to turn in our old phones before Oct 1st to get money for them. Which needless to say, is not going to happen now. So another $400 bucks down the drain on our old phones.
AT&T has really screwed us over on this one. Might be jumping ship on them soon. My launch day phones have now been pushed back almost a full month. Sounds like they are going to lose a customer of 10 years over this one.
