well, my AT&T preorder went like this.... I stayed up until 3am on Friday morning, and finally got my 2 iphones ordered at 3:50 am. I have been a customer for 11 years and have 3 lines on my family account, I ordered the 2 new iphones on lines 4 and 5 to get the subsidized price. My order said processing all through the day Friday, and I never got an email. Fianlly on Saturday morning I got an email stating that I needed to contact AT&T customer service. So I called to find out hat was going on, and the nice lady told me thart since I was a new customer I'd have to have a credit check done..... well I told her to look at my account and I have been a customer for over 11 years and she said that yes, she saw that I am a longtime customer and apologized and said she would get the order moving through the system, this was all taking place over a 45 minute period of her putting me off and on hold to talk to her manager.... finally she said I was all set and that I'd receive my phones in 14-21 business days???!!!!!!??!! I told her I stayed up until 4 am to ensure that I got my iphones on the 21st, she said I am sorry but the system had a problem and I could not get my phones on the 21st.... I asked to talk to her manager and got the same deal......... so now after an hour on the phone going back and forth I cancelled myt order and will just go early to the store on Friday...... I know theres a lot worse things in the world than not receiving my iphones on the 21st, but still.... damn....
