ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

Yeah my pending charges on my visa debit from chase was on my account since the day i ordered it. It dropped off and disappeared. And later today, it is back on again. But showing pending, not processed.
 
Turns out my status was 'Attention' because they had my wrong credit info.

Awesome. Canceled my order and going to brave the stores. Goodluck everyone. Try to keep it together.

Right here. Just turned 0 this morning. I was afraid too because even though I made the cutoff time on 9/14, it shows 9/15 on the regular AT&T website.

Congratulations you have a law degree. So do I, and a license to practice too. And you know what, 25% of everyone in my metro area has has a degree and a license too. It's not an Olympic medal and there are plenty of non-practicing attys that know squat about what it means to be a lawyer but they are one hellavu lobbyist.

But if you really are an active attorney, not just a joe w/ a law degree, then surely, you've had clients so stubborn they refused to negotiate a settlement and insist on going to court. Certainly, you've been involved in a case where the other side's case was overwhelmingly in their favor that they didn't need to negotiate. Sorry, maybe in your phony investment world everything is a negotiation game, but in the real world you still need two willing parties.

I'm still listed as backordered for the black 64gb but my order number just changed from a 15xxxxxx to extpbxxxxxx.

Wonder what that's all about.
 
I have the same problem.... I ordered around 8:30am on Friday the 14th and it says Order date 9/15.... Quantity in back order 1...WTF?

I got the royal screw. I ordered Friday around 8pm over the phone. Accepted Terms and Conditions email Friday at 830 pm. Saturday I called them, said TnC was accepted. Monday afternoon at 345 pm I get an email saying my TnC were JUST accepted and that my order date was 9/17. Kinda stupid.
 
i just noticed that it also listed it as a 32 gb phone. now when i refresh i see a 64 gb phone and im back to my old order number.

i guess there are just database kinks.

My CSS came from ATT last night at 10:24. I'm premier, ordered 9/14, 5:50a EST

no. my backorder went from 1 to 0 on Sunday night.

I ordered late on 9/14 on the premier site so I haven't really been expecting to get one 9/21 but some weird things with my order. I ordered a black 32gb for myself at 10:00 AM EST and it still currently has a back-order listed. I ordered a black 16gb at 10:27 AM EST for my g/f and it was the first one to get a pending charge, switch to processing, and it came off back-order yesterday.

This is identical to my situation. I ordered at 6:45 AM EST on 9/14 and they are telling me I should expect my iPhone the same time you are. Luckily my roommate has his old iPhone 3GS that I can activate and use until I get my new iPhone 5.
 
I work at an AT&T retail store and ordered mine at 3:45am PST. Don't feel bad, mine is still "Backordered 1" too. FWIW, you can call AT&T and ask them all you want - you'll get several different answers and all of them are to fast-track you off the phone and get the CSR onto priority calls not just "Derp where's mah iphone?!?!?!?!"
