For us Premier folks, it seems there was no rhyme or reason when our order got placed with ATTWS, so if I check my order status on "https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/order_status" it's showing 9/15/12, when I actually placed it roughly 7am EST on 9/14. So it appears that people that see there orders with a backlog of "0" there Premier orders were placed with ATTWS on 9/14...Is there anyone with Premier order that shows an "Order Date" of 9/15/12 on order status page that has a backlog of 0?
 
I decided to put the details of my order in my signature line. Maybe this way when we all start posting updates that will help others know where they may stand and where they may be in line.

And no, I'm not really that geeky at all. I'm just procrastinating with work. :p

Except "Pending Shipment" isn't an order status. It just means that you'll get a tracking number once your order ships, as in "Your tracking number will be available pending shipment".
 
I'm confused. My order status still says pending, never said anything about it being backordered. There's still a pending charge on my credit card. On my confirmation email it said that it should arrive as early as Sept 21. When I sign into our premier account, it has no additional information. Help? Should I worry?

Yes, I know that. "In Progress" is. It's just a current snapshot of where my order stands right now. I'll update it when it moves...
 
my order number starts with EXTP its always been that way when I pre-order iphone 4 and iphone 4s

I see. After using the other link I see this backorder thing now:

My premier shows 9/14, status page shows 9/16. Backorder changed to 0 on saturday.
 
Pending charges disappear

I think the pending charge was just a hit by AT&T to see if your card would decline. I contacted my credit union this morning and the rep told me that the charge had been "authorized" even though I didn't get debited so I think it's just AT&T's way of deciding if they are going to proceed with the pre-order or cancel it due to insufficient funds.

Pending charges on bank accounts tend to drop off after 4 days if the funds aren't taken by the vender.

Pending charges on credit cards tend to stick around for 30 days (or until the charge goes through).

I used a credit card, and my pending charge is still there.
 
Anybody with a 16gig white have their backorder change from 1 to 0?? I ordered at 7:45am (EST) on Friday and my card has the amount held, but Im still stuck at backorder - 1. I read on the other thread that the shipment AT&T had in the states already was only the black 16gig...maybe those of us with white ones have to wait for shipment from China?
