I have the same problem.... I ordered around 8:30am on Friday the 14th and it says Order date 9/15.... Quantity in back order 1...WTF?
What phone did you order? I got the 64GB Black. I'm in the same boat as you. I did speak to the CSR and she informed me to go with the date on the original email and not on the regular ATT site. I asked if there was any hold or back-order status on my phone and she said no. I called again and got someone else and she didn't know why there was a discrepancy with the order date on both sites but said that I met the cutoff and should get my phone on time. I'm skeptical about this but I can only go by what the reps say. Positive thinking!
