Actually...Fedex does sat delivery to residential addresses standard.
At the request of the sender you're leaving that part out. Which I can guarantee this isn't the case.

im not out of contract but i want a 5!![]()
we have 2 iphone 4s on a family plan. i want to order the 5 as and added line to get the $199 price, which i can do from Apple or AT&T. t
he SIM change is tossing a loop in my plan. i want my existing 4s # to be transferred to the 5. the new # goes to the 4s which i am giving to our kid. yes, lucky kid.
stopped in an AT&T store where i was told just to swap the SIMs. well, that cant be done since they are different.
i am reading that i just need to NOT activate it when it arrives and visit a store front to explain what i want and they will assist me. do i have my plan straight here?
much thanks. later.
Usually when back ordered turns to 0 it's cause it's almost ready to ship. I always order my iPhone and once my back order goes to 0 the next day I get the tracking number, so it does mean something
Lol this is hilarious, if they have only packaged 1% of the 16GB black ones, what is he doing on macrumors? Shouldnt he be working?
Actually...i'm usually dealing with fedex ground... nevermind
This is not Christmas, when they would be staffed for increased volume. Fedex averages 3.6 million packages a day and there will be at some estimates between 1 and 3 million more on Friday.
Ordered two phones through AT&T at 3:07 a.m. and 3:16 a.m. EST on the 14th.

so are there any premier folks who have had the 9/14 > 9/15 thing happen, order date shows 9/15 and your phone is NOT on backorder?
Data point:
My 64GB black non-premier order place at 5am est just went from 1 backorder to 1 ordered.
Earlier today I noticed the same phone was going to "ordered" for people who placed their order much later than me. So again, however these are being fulfilled it's not FIFO, but seems that if you recieved a "delivers on 9/21," promise when you ordered (again non-premier as premier as "as soon as") it looks like it will arrive on time.
In other words, it looks like this?
Yes.
