That's cool, I was wondering if the Aussie models were going to have the FCC stuff still printed on the back like the EU versions, or be without it, like the US versions.
Got my 8+ 256GB this morning and honestly this true tone is amazing. That feature wasn't even on my radar. Looks so good compared to my iPhone 6 Plus screen.
Already the back is so dirty with fingerprints and palm prints haha. Need a cover ASAP!

My 8 Plus Gold has arrived. What I noticed is the SIM card tray was very difficult to open compared to the 6S Plus and the 7 Plus. Paper clip no good, I ended using a big safety pin successfully
Why wouldn’t you use the tool Apple provide with your new phone. It’s in your box.
Received mine about 4 hours ago, just got finished setting it up as I had to go out. It's not slippery at all, and I love the glass back on the space grey finish, even if it does show up finger prints pretty easily!
Very strange. Have you checked inside the cardboard sleeve? It can be hidden.
So went to pick my phone up today and because I couldn't pick it up yesterday due to my wife being a nurse working 12 hour shift they decided to give it to someone else.

They said Monday or Tuesday but I’m not feeling hopeful.
Tell them to get stuffed and cancel the contract. You’re entitled to according to cooling off laws.
I could but then I would just be waiting somewhere else, also I'm a pom and they hold the rights to the EPL so rather than getting it for free I would have to pay for it.
It is bull **** but I think I've just got to wait it out.
