sending the box for a quick x-ray inspection (airport/ hospital/ whatever) wouldn't violate terms of use

Bet there's a light-activated explosive device that'll detonate if that box is opened before June 10.
Should have read the NDA!
i'm confused... DO WE EXPECT THE IPHONE TO BE AVAILABLE TO BUY ON JUNE 9 OR NOT?
If it was me, I would not give a second thought and open it...
Oh the anticipation...
It opened, it'll activate the light sensor in the new iPhone contained within. The forward-facing camera will take your picture and tag it with your location from the built-in GPS. The phone will email the photo to Apple, who'll send out a hit-squad.

wow. how tempting would that be to open?
Also, it'll send it over 3G so fast that by the time your eyes focus on what it is, the picture's already popped up on Jobs' iPhone.
The temptation to open that box... oooh!
Can't the box be opened by someone who's not covered by the terms of the NDA. Passer by? Member of the public?
Nope, it would be considered a breach of the NDA. Also, the "passer-by" in question would probably be this kid's mom as she walked from the kitchen to the living room or something. Fake.
Its obviously not a photoshop. For starters, why would someone photoshop a brown box when they could just make one?!
What if the box was "stolen". Surely that would be just unfortunate circumstances.![]()
