Backup issues with iOS 10 public beta

After updating to the iOS 10 public beta, my iPhone backup on iCloud has ballooned out from a few GB to nearly 50GB. Has anyone else experienced this and/or able to recommend a fix? Can't actually see where the excess in storage is to delete anything.

That happened with the ios9 betas as well, its always a good idea to only backup to your iTunes, or run the betas on non critical devices that don't even need to be backed up.

Worst case I always disable iCloud backups on beta iOS versions.
