Network signal strength is the first responsible for different battery life numbers on this thread.
Starting from iOS 7 introduction, I noticed how much the signal strength is influencing battery life. With the same device and usage there are almost two hours of usage difference when I use my iPhone in my hometown (good network) or in the town where I live (very spotty network).

I did that for a while but as mentioned before got sick of having to enter my password everytime just having the mobile site saved as a favorite on the home screen. Still one app shouldn't kill it that bad and other have reported close the same percentage of FB use and much better battery life. I have literally everything turned off even thought I know it doesn't seem like it but have been through it a million times.
iPhone 6 with LTE and Wi-Fi on.
Usage Time: 7 h 49 min.
Standby Time: 3 days 10 min.
Before the battery died.
My second full discharge.
Clearly you don't use the device very often.

Is that with "remember me" selected when you sign in?
Maybe give the app 1Password a try - with the Safari extension it's pretty awesome and quick for password entry.
Instead of using the Facebook app, use Facebook in the browser. Seriously. Try it.
I tried to use Safari for facebook for a while, and just ended up with Safari as my biggest % use and similar battery life. To be expected.
I'm finding Twitter to be a huge drain for me. When I do use it, it's always top of the list and I don't even use twitter that much.
I think the iOS 8 battery usage screen is cool, but needs improving.
It shows % of battery used, but doesn't really indicate how fast it drained.
For example, the game Godus. It's a huge battery drain.
It may have been using 50% of my total battery, but did it in 25% of this charge's time to drain. So half battery gone in 1 hour, and a total battery usage time of 4 hours.
50% gone on Godus in 1 hour, the other 50% gone on other apps across 3 hours.
I think times are needed, or a % drain per minute or something, just to make it that little bit clearer which apps are using battery quicker.
Is the battery life of the iPhone 6 Plus better than battery life of the iPhone 5S?
Sounds good.have you even looked at the battery life ratings on apples website or other threads (including this one) on this forum which are discussing the huge increase for most people in battery life?
Sounds good.![]()

And if you compare the battery life with the S5?
Come on, someone can tell personal experiences.unfamiliar with it. google the S5's battery life, google the 6+'s battery life and compare.
Is the battery life of the iPhone 6 Plus better than battery life of the iPhone 5S?
That sounds great, really good.Much much better. Not that is better then iPhone 5S but I find it better then Galaxy S5 too. I can easily go through the day without charging while for the same usage I used to charge 5S round 2 or 3pm and Glaxy S5 around 6pm. I take the iPhone 6 off charge at 6am and put it back on charge around 9 or 10pm.
