Just got this case at the AT&T store yesterday. So far I love it. It's not as slim as the griffin reveal, but feels really sturdy. I hope it does not scratch as easily as the reveal. Time will tell.

Please let us know if you run in some problems/issues... and your overall appreciation of the case.

The case does tend to scratch kind of easily on the back, but I figure as long as it's the case getting scratched and not my phone, I can live with it. On my white/red case, I could only see the scratches if I held it at an angle to the light and really scrutinized it; on my pink one, they're a little more noticeable, but you still REALLY have to be looking for them with the light shining on the case the correct way to see them. Those are the only 2 colors I've owned, so I don't know how the darker cases will compare.

The black one I own is starting to show scratches, but in bright light. Still not as bad as the reveal.

I was looking to get the black one as well. Its either the candyshell black or the incase slider in black as well...

How long have you own yours?

nice background image! where did you get it??

I just order my candyshell case, hopefuly i'll like it. It was really hard to choose betwen this one and the incase... but im getting my phone really soon and i had to choose.

thanks for the pic! Is there a reason why this one doesnt show all of the apple logo?

Just curious, do you usually get your wallpaper on the internet or on cydia ?

I've had a few cases, from a Slider, to a Griffin Clarifi, and a different Candyshell, and the Candyshell is about the same as the Clarifi. It feels more solid then any of the others I've used. It just seems more protected. I really like the double layer of softer rubber, and hard shell.

Can you tell me the difference in feel/size when comparing the Speck with the Incase Slider? I currently have a slider and I like it, but I always need to switch things up or else I get bored. I really like the look of the black/gray Candyshell but I don't want to get it if it's too slick feeling or it's any bigger then the slider.

Just ordered mine, should arrive next week. I will post pictures and give a brief review of what I think about the case.

You can definitely fell the difference between a slider and the candyshell. The trade off is that the Candyshell will protect your phone in a drop much better imo. Has more shock absorption because if the rubber inside, with all that said I prefer the Rebel Scholar due to the size.

how far does the bottom part come out where the dock connector is? i'm wondering if this case would fit my kensington car mount. from pictures it seems like its too thick.
