Beats 1 Worldwide 24/7 Live Radio With Zane Lowe Now Available

A very close musical event horizon? I know what I like and I like what I know? Shame on you.
Sadly the closest I've managed so far is the video stream of them playing the 6Music Festival back in February.... but if they ever come back to the East Midlands I'll be there!
Following the launch of Apple Music alongside iOS 8.4, Apple's Beats 1 radio station led by Zane Lowe has begun broadcasting. Available in more than 100 countries, Beats 1 is a 24/7 radio station that will play music around the clock with live DJs and guests.
The inaugural song played on Beats 1 radio right when it kicked off at 9:00 a.m. was Spring King's "City," which was followed by Beck's "Dreams" and Jamie xx's "In Color." Spring King was picked by Lowe as a great upcoming band from Manchester.
Beats 1 features several shows by various on-air personalities, and a full lineup of what's going to be on can be found at the Beats 1 website, which forwards to Apple's new Tumblr page for Apple Music and Beats 1. The Tumblr page has a complete schedule that displays what's playing, and it adjusts to your time zone based on location.
Beats 1 will include exclusive interviews and news broadcasts, with the first interview taking place tomorrow with Eminem. According to Zane Low, today's focus is on the music, and several exclusive songs will be played over the course of the day.
Apple Music is available now and is free for all listeners for the first three months. Following the trial period, the service will cost $9.99 per month for individuals or $14.99 for families of up to 6.

Im using Itunes 12.1.2 and on Windows and I cant see the "whole music" does anyone knows why?

Completely agree. I don't care that Beats 1 is censored. It makes sense for a global radio station meant to have broad appeal. But I do appreciate my uncensored stations on SXM.
So far Beats 1 is "ok". It's a bit too popish for me, but sometimes that's what I want and it will be handy to just be able to "turn it on" whenever....

Maybe the short adverts are broadcast on the pre-recorded segments but not when it's actually live (so when any of the three main DJ's are broadcasting)?
Who is this female host on Beats 1? Isn't Ebro Darden the New York host? Did he not make it into work on his first day?
Pretty decent so far. I've heard a few songs that normally I would never listen to but found them pretty good.
I haven't heard Kanye West once on Beats 1... not sure which feed you are listening to.
Find it interesting that they have the addvert "Made possible by......"
From the schedule it seems not much. They have a request time on the list. That's gotta be live
so why do I need to join again? I am doing just fine with the occasional commercial...no need to spend $10 a month IMO
Haha I was thinking the same thing, I didn't like it when I saw him play it live on Saturday night!
If you ever get the chance then go. When it's quiet I swear my ears are still ringing now and that was from Glastonbury 2014!
