How many times... YouTube is not a live radio station.Oh no! Apple aired a filthy Dr. Dre song? Good thing that Youtube protects children's delicate ears!
Will I be able to play this on my Zune? I see Android app coming in the fall, but no Zune app.![]()
This stream is free. My guess is that after the three month trial, it might not be that way. If the thing is free and anyone can listen, you don't want parents (or other potential customers) getting mad because their kids are listening to what they don't want them to listen to. If the stream is paid for, then there might be an option in the future for the sound going off on certain songs if parents have the parental controls on. Or, if no such control, parents can decide not to buy this for their kids, but might still want it for themselves.Uh. This stream is censored? Useless. This is ridiculous. What a shame.
Um, no. It's only "fail" if it stays that way after people start paying for it. At the moment, Apple just wants everyone to give it a try and see what it's all about. So, it kinda-sorta has to be clean. It is global, after all.Beats 1 is censored. Censored = fail!
A few things:
1 why the heck does tapping "Complete Schedule" take you to a Tumblr page??!
Why not show the schedule in app?
2. There should be a live cam
While the DJ's on and during interviews. This is 2015. This is Apple.
3. The most irritating!! Why isn't there an option to view Beats One song history?!! This really kills the discovery flow.
I really wanna know what song played with that female rapper rapping casually like Kesha. X(

An interesting theory but I don't think the stream will switch to paid. It will always be free, IMO.This stream is free. My guess is that after the three month trial, it might not be that way. Just joking. Zune, what a joke that was, even the name sounds funny.Wait, people STILL use Zunes? I thought that died circa 2010.
It's hard enough to find iPod nanos/shuffles in the wild nowadays...
Did I just hear a 2 second advert for American Express? 'Beats 1 is made possible by American Express' ?
Zane Lowe is putting American DJ's to shame right now.

The live radio is what sets Apple Music apart. It's a way more enjoyable way to consume music. Makes me feel I'm there live in the studio.
Considering all the test noise before launch, and that it started 1-2 minutes late, I don't think so.I do wonder how much or many of these shows are prerecorded. I imagine the first hour probably was for logistical reasons.
