Let's sum up:
- Announced for feb.
- BestBuy starting to show pickup options (sometimes)
- Apple having a "2-7" days delivery advertised
- Apple Stores now having them throughout the country.
Can't be sure they are released tomorrow (looks very likely), but if not definitely this week.
I'm chasing some too, problem with running ISN is you want all the products.

Stopped by a store that was listed as in stock, most received some semblance of a shipment but it's not in the system for sale yet so they can't sell them. Guessing tomorrow is the day.

i love the "crazed checking" part of a product release. When i finally got my airpods, i was sad about it. Now I can go crazy with the BeatsX
I suppose they will be released on Wednesday for the UK. There better not be a massive lead time on delivery.

I'm reading the reddit article now, seems they are not as below average as I would have thought. I'll order my pair when they appear online.

This stock issue does remind me of the iPhone SE disaster. It took me 2 months to get one for a UK store.
The same guy on Reddit seems to be saying that the release date is scheduled for Friday, and another guy who went to a different Apple Store is saying the same... Better than nothing, but if the stores already have them why do we have to wait till the end of the week??? It's already been almost 5 months...
A little off topic from release date, but does anyone know if the Beats X are supposed to be sweat proof? I currently use some old jaybird x for the gym and was looking at the Jaybird X3's when I came across these. They look way nicer, more compact and I like that it has the W1 chip and is magnetic but would it be suitable for using at the gym too? I checked beats website and can't find anything about that.

But a guy on reddit bought a pair today (thru a hookup), Since they are not on "sale" as of yet, they made the patron purchase a gift card, and told him they would charge it/give him his receipt on the 10th -- which is this friday. So looks like we are indeed slated for a friday release.

Cheers. Hopefully I can grab them online, I live 60miles from the nearest Apple store.
They look kinda.. big? Like they'll stick out of your ear a bit too much and the batteries in the cord also look quite huge. Compared to AirPods which house everything inside the buds, seems like BeatsX could have been smaller. Wonder how comfortable they are to wear, I will get them as soon as I can to find out.
Thanks, some useful info in there. They seem alright, I don't like the size of Jaybird X3's, but the BeatsX moved battery in the cable which might also be somewhat inconvenient. We'll have to wait.
