Hey Pottsie, which BB did you preorder from? I reserved one at the Avon location and the one of Lafayette road. Have yet to hear anything from either. One of my friend's reserved in Greenwood and he has heard nothing as well.

I pre-ordered at Lafayette Road. Tried to order an AT&T 3G at Zionsville, but they can't sell the 3G because they have no qualified Apple reps that work at their store. I went to the Avon store Friday to place another order and that's where I was told that they have discontinued pre-orders. Frustrating for sure. I sure hope that all shipments go to fulfilling pre-orders first, but I have my doubts.

Gee, what could you be wanting to do with 9 iPads?

You keep posting here bragging about the 9 iPads you scored, and the only reason must be because you get some kind of satisfaction out of rubbing it in. Honestly, it's just really aggravating, and not because I'm "jealous," but because I can see no possible circumstance where I'd buy 9 iPads. You're plan is to take advantage of others, plain and simple, and while it's certainly legal, it's not right. Your actions are no better than those of the scalpers standing in line in NYC.

Ignore turned on.

I guess that free enterprise makes America great. I just wish some stores would put a limit on purchases when they are in such short supply. It would benefit them by making a lot more customers happy. For people like me that had to sell their previous iPad first, it might give us a greater chance of securing one early. I sold mine last Sunday and went directly to BB to find out they were out. With iPad 1, I pre-ordered from Apple and found that I could have purchased an iPad at BB for the first 2-3 days it was out. This time it's definitely different and being w/o my iPad is somewhat difficult because it's become a part of my everyday life...at home and work.

Are you sure? I am pretty sure that the question has been asked so many times that there must not be a 100% unanimous answer to this question.

Pretty sure the same questions keep popping up because no searches are being done or reading through previous posts. No one has been told by BB that they are not-refundable and everyone that has asked BB has been told they are refundable.

I went to the Avon store today and they told me they had received a total of 5 units since launch. The wait continues.

Delayed?

I went to a Best Buy today and they said Apple has delayed the next iPad 2 shipment by a week.

We placed a deposit last Monday at the Novi, MI store. Then we were in Brighton, MI and figured why not put down a 2nd deposit and see if one comes in before the other. I have zero desire to have 2 and sell one, just wanted to get one quicker. Brighton is a small store, Novi is the 2nd largest in MI.

By the next day Brighton told me the new BB policy was to no longer accept any orders.

Stopped at Novi today, now #3 on the ATT 16GB Black list so if it follows the pattern of getting 4-5 at a time should be good within the next week.

Pretty sure you answered this just to show how smart you is/be/are since I clearly stated in a prior post that I was just yanking people's chains since it was asked about 57 times if the gift cards were refundable.

Happy day! Just got the call that my 16GB black wifi only iPad 2 is ready to be picked up!

I just picked it up. Got a call a few minutes later from another bb in my area saying that my wife's 64gb AT&T white is ready for pickup.

I pre-ordered mine the first day at 10am and I still haven't gotten a call. This makes me very sad. :(

Just called my Best Buy. I reserved on 3/13. The store has still not received any iPad 2s since the initial launch ones.

Just received a call from BB to pick up my 16GB White Wifi, I reserved it on 03/12 at the BB Pasadena, CA:D

Definitely try Milo.com. I tried searching for the iPad 2 mid-day and it hit on a best buy who just got a shipment. Got the exact model I wanted: 32gb AT&T black.

Anyone in Dallas, TX have luck with a 16g white wifi? I've noticed a few trickle in to some stores, including the one I reserved at. I must not have been as high up on the list as I thought because I didn't get a call. And the employees are being even less forthcoming with information- the guy told me they didn't have a way of knowing where in line I was for my model because "it's all in the system and we can't access it." He even said he couldn't look up which models have come in.

Bullsh.

That's is Bull because I called Best Buy at Arrowhead (In Glendale, AZ) and the rep was the nicest person ever to me she indicated that they are not going by whom was entered on the list first, (i.e. meaning no matter who requested which model everyone is on one fat list). They have it broken down to specific model and whom is on the list for that specific model (i.e. John Smith And Tom, Dick and Harry might all be requesting an iPad 2 32 GB White AT&T) Depending if John Smith put his request in first before Tom, Dick and Harry then he would be first on that list. Anyhow my point being that I asked her if they received any shipments and she indicated yes. She was also nice enough to look me up on their waiting list to see how far behind I was from everyone else. I guess it just depends who you get on the phone when you call.

Got mine today. Littleton Colorado. I had a voucher for a 16gb wifi white. They called me and asked if id take black instead. That was awesome, I was going to pass on the white one anyways and wait for a black one.

I did just this before leaving work and located a Black 64gb WiFi (I wanted 32gb, and my wife wanted white whereas I didn't care) at Best Buy in Southfield, MIdirectly on my way home. The amount of time I WON'T spend trolling this forum over the next few days at work will more than earn me my $100 difference for not going 32gb.

I walked in and asked the kid if they had any in stock. He said he MIGHT have one 64gb, and I told him to grab it quick!

I got my 16GB black today! I reserved at two Best Buys, one I was 27th in line and the other I was 6th in line. Surprisingly the store I was 27th in line came in first. I also ordered from apple one the morning od the release and it was still not due to ship until April 1st. I hope this means everyone that is waiting will get one soon.
