If you go in yelling at some worker that had absolutely nothing to do with your order (just in the wrong place at the wrong time), IMO that's not cool. Nothing irritates me more than seeing a customer screaming at a worker who had absolutely nothing to do with the customer's situation but is taking 100% of the abuse. Now with that being said, I wouldn't blame you for being pissed. If you were told that you were guaranteed a phone and you don't get one...yeah I wouldn't blame you for being pissed. But it's all in the way you handle it dude. But like said, I always tell the people in my department to never tell a customer "yes, you're guaranteed a phone" B/c if that little statement is said, it can potentially cause a cluster**** of problems
