Well I won't be getting mine tomorrow, but I hope you enjoy yours! I will be watching my sister unbox hers, while I sit there very upset. lol
Lol well they say I am...At this point I have no faith left in me that I will get one until I see the email tonight if I do happen to get one..

If you don't get one though, you can cause havoc since you were told by corporate you would get one. If they said I was getting one, and I didn't...I'd make out like a bandit.
 
They're going through our stores phones now. Looking our inventory system while they do it, we literally got probably 5 plus phones split across sprint/att. Not a single Verizon plus of any color or size. She sorting the phones now and putting people's names on them who preordered. Then once she scans them everyone will get the email to pick up tomorrow. If you ordered a plus pickings are slim. And I'm one of them. Looks like I work for Best Buy but will be camping at Apple tonight!
 
I ordered a 64GB Silver 6S and a 64GB Space Gray 6S+ (both Verizon) at 4AM Eastern on Sep 12th.

The Silver 6S for my wife I have a tracking number for; shipped today and will be here Monday. No tracking info for the 6S+ - hasn't shipped yet.

For the BB employees in this thread, I checked my account tonight and it said it's ready pickup. Does that ACTUALLY mean it's READY for me tomorrow when I go in? See screenshot. TIA

That's exactly my strategy - but with Apple Store.. Then if BB email comes I'll leave too. Carrier stores had little to no 6+ last year.. So I don't trust them. Your best back up plan is an Apple Store - 6am.. if a Mall store. Or camp out if a free standing Apple Store.

Disappointed in what Best Buy sent our store, but it's whatever. My store doesn't have the phone I want so I can I have to wait outside the AT&T store, called and they said they had 10 Rose Gold iPhone 6S Plus but not any 64GB.

If you go in yelling at some worker that had absolutely nothing to do with your order (just in the wrong place at the wrong time), IMO that's not cool. Nothing irritates me more than seeing a customer screaming at a worker who had absolutely nothing to do with the customer's situation but is taking 100% of the abuse. Now with that being said, I wouldn't blame you for being pissed. If you were told that you were guaranteed a phone and you don't get one...yeah I wouldn't blame you for being pissed. But it's all in the way you handle it dude. But like said, I always tell the people in my department to never tell a customer "yes, you're guaranteed a phone" B/c if that little statement is said, it can potentially cause a cluster**** of problems

Hopefully you get your phone tomorrow man. Really hope you do. I'm just hoping this launch goes smoothly tomorrow.

Well I'm not gonna go in yelling...I will ask for a manager and explain the situation and ask him what he is willing to do to make the whole situation right.
That was the only reason I even odered with best buy

Just meant yelling if something is done for the situation they have said. Otherwise i would have ordered elsewhere

Yeah, that's what I'd do. Go to GM (the main person) and just calmly let them know the situation. If they're good Manager, they'll help you out the best they can. You ordered the 6S or the Plus?

Hopefully they 100% know what the inventory looks like and arent just spouting off BS, just to make you leave. The person who told you that needs to be held accountable, tbh. B/c if you don't get your phone, he/she basically lied to you. And that's not right. So, if you don't get your phone (hopefully you do) but if you don't get your phone, I'd talk to the GM about it and I'd find the person who told you that you'd get your phone on launch day as well. I wouldn't get anybody else involved except those 2 people.

Yeah.. Whatever you do - don't wait in front of BB store. Be at Apple or ATT early.. Then if you get your BB email you can just leave. I read they're not fulfilling all the BB pre-orders until after midnight tonight. So check your email as soon as you wake up in the morning.

I'm a night owl anyway… So I'll probably be up tonight until at least midnight or one even though I plan to be at an Apple store at 7 AM. Maybe I'll get my email between 12 and 1 and then I don't have to get up so early
 
I talked to the Operations manager before I left,we did not get any phones on the truck. So what we got yesterday was it. The phones we got we did NOT have even enough to fill pre orders.
