Do you know anything about this whole no updates after 12 according to best buy 1888 number? Said apple doesn't want them giving any updates nail after 12?

I can't tell if I should feel miserable that I have to wait until Monday for my phone to be delivered, compared to all you folk that chose in-store pickup.
I haven't heard of that. We have notified all of our pre orders by phone that their phones are in and have made appts for picking them up.
It's funny because earlier today I saw two changes to my account thinking the iPhone was going to ship and since Noon today it's remained "Preparing your item for shipping". Lmao. Not one single movement after that. No shipping email, no nothing and its 11:43PM EST. Oh, well. That Tuesday date looks more bright than an tomorrow or Saturday delivery.
Yeah I called 1888bestbuy or whatever it is
and guy said apparently apple didn't want stores scanning them until after 12? Is what he told me
he said that my store was going through them at about 8 and apparently when he called told him they weren't gonna scan until after midnight...he said wait until after midnight and if no notification go somewhere else or show up at best buy at 8
I emailed the GM from the store I ordered from earlier and he forwarded it to mobile manager who just emailed me saying that my preorder didn't come in. Not sure what the hell to do now. Tempted to get up and go to Apple now. Best Buy is really just the most irritating company on the planet. I should've known that this was the year that would bite me in the ass given that I'm going after the plus this year. I thought maybe it'd be better in year two of the size, but it appears that's not the case. Ugh.
Hell he forwarded mine to the mobile manager and never got a response haha.
I just know if I were to go wait in line, after sitting there for a few hours I will get that lonely email from best buy about picking up my iPhone...
That's not true. We went through them right away. We want to get as much of the work done as soon as we can. Most of the phone employees have no idea what's going on.

Debating just going to AT&T now and sitting out all night and hope none other than the one guy is there..
I haven't really been paying attention because I was just hoping Best Buy would work out like it does, but is it even worth trying to go to Apple and get one tomorrow? Can I do the upgrade plan? I actually wanted to sign up for that after the fact but figured I'd do it next year at this point.
You can try it. I know the att compare store around us had a piss poor choice of phones as well. Though they did have more than we did.
So what time do I need to go and get in line? Screw it. I'm in at this point. I won't be denied!
But I need to know, if I get in line, can I do the upgrade program? Otherwise I might as well wait for Best Buy as I have a decent chunk of reward zone money to use anyways.
Where is your Apple Store located? In a mall? The mall here won't let you line up until 6:30

IF BB fails me on my 128GB 6S+ preorder tomorrow, luckily, I have a 6S and 6S+ 64gb on reserve at the Apple store across the street an hour later!! We'll see how it plays out...
