Question for those who got the price adjustment in the stores:
Does your pickup receipt actually say you have refund like -$50 or ($50)? Or perhaps you received a separate receipt in addition to the pick up receipt indicating the refund?
I asked for the price match when I picked up the phone yesterday at the store and after some difficulty -wouldn't price match with apple.com since they don't show the model number on cart, but able to with ATT.com-, I got it.
However now looking at the pickup receipt again, not really sure if I actually did get the refund for the difference. As it was pick up in the store after reserving online (not the pre-order, though, I reserved it after the launch date), my credit card had been already processed and charged the full amount ($855.99). But on the pickup receipt, instead of refund of $50 or $53.50 (w/ adjusted tax), I only see the updated total and "adjusted amount" below it. When I go to the order page on the website, I see the the same updated order total, but there is no record of refund anywhere. Does "adjusted amount" on the pickup receipt mean refund and this amount will be going back to my credit card?
Again the confusion is due to the fact that I already paid. My concern is that I won't get the refund and when i go to the store again, the record will just show that I paid what the new updated total on the order says instead of what I actually paid without me getting the refund in difference.
