Wow that sucks! I remember in the past installing an iMOS for my iPhone 6 Plus with similar bubbles and I have to work an hr persistently, and pressed really hard. Eventually it disappeared. If you paid with a CC, you can easily file a chargeback. BTW, based on your photos, it looks very close to edge to edge. In fact I barely see any exposed screen?

Do you have any closeup photos?
These bubles wont go what ever i do.At last I removed the protector and checked the other side as you see there is a thin line that prevent the protector to fit on the screen and yes it was an edge to edge with a grill on the speaker part.

I love the recommendation due to the oleophobic coating. That’s my big beef. I love the feel of a new screen protector and will change mine up every few months. Let us know how the coating holds up after a few months. Also, does their warranty cover the oleophobic coating?
Will do! And I really have no idea, you can always shoot them an email. Though I feel like that would be hard for them to cover. A cracked screen is obvious, you send it back or whatever, easy to provide proof. But the coating fading? Probably be hard for them to stand behind. But it’s been a couple of weeks, and so far so good!

How is the coverage with this? I use to use Spigen protectors all the time until I realized that there were ones out there that covered all the way to the edge (I realize that the space is meant to accommodate various cases).
almost complete screen coverage

som cases wont work with it, for testing i have a defender case which i never use and i tried it on and it wouldnt fit with the dbrand screen protector

with that said this screen protector is literally perfect!!! covers almost 100% of the screen has amazing feel

Did you send them a photo of this? If so, how can they claim user error. Clearly it's a manufacturing defect.

Well I got my imos sapphire gaming glass on. Still the best oleophobic coating I’ve ever touched. Anyways it cracked 2 days later with the perfect hit on the edge of the table.

soooooo long story short I paid for express delivery on the Shellrus sapphire X protector and I gotta say I think it’s get ever so slightly more coverage than the iPhone. I do miss the ear piece protector on the imos tho. But man the Shellrus is pretty good! And no 2 month wait lol.

Well glad shellrus got rid of the “sapphire” logo. It’s perfect

WTF...I knew they were gonna do something about that logo, but I was too impatient! I just sent them an email asking if I can exchange for the new version. I'd be surprise, yet happy if they say YES. LOL!

no I wasn't replying to you.I was mentioning user 6thDay .Btw I also bought an imos protector from them .It was defective from factory.
I think Itsedstech was just trying to be nice and give you his so you can send it back :)

Correct lol I feel ya tho! My first imos was defective and didn’t stick on the sides so they sent me a replacement which took a month and a half. And then it cracked 2 days later lol

FYI: Got an email back from Shellrus saying they’ll exchange the old version with the new one with invisible logo. For those really bothered by the logo wanting to exchange, you have to pay for shipping.

now that I think of it, the logo isn’t really intrusive and barely noticeable, and I have a perfect install with no dust, so not sure if I want to risk the potential for dust + shipping on an already expensive glass protector.

Want the best? Flolab. By far. This oleophobic coating is absolutely ridiculous. It's making me question if my fingers stopped producing oils, man. It is as edge-to-edge as possible while still allowing a case to fit. With my silicone case, you can't tell you're using a screen protector. The crazy part is during the install I kept finding a single fiber particle on the screen and so I must have placed the protector on and off about ten times, and still no bubbles or anything.
Hey now, watch what you say about Flolab. People here will think you work the company and accuse you of trying to promote it!

I bought this for my mini. Very easy install looks like I don’t have as screen protector. It just survived a 5foot drops too without a case and didn’t crack; not like I’d attempt to test that again. Good oleophobic coating. Fingerprints are not prominent.

Link to the spigen you got? Sounds like you got one without a notch?

It does have a notch. I actually got some cheap ones too which are all screen coverage so they will be my backup if I smash or crack this one lol

I must say I would feel safer with all coverage.

Spigen, 2 Pack, iPhone 8 Screen... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0752KQ3DS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Don’t get me wrong though the feel of this protector is great. The installation was a breeze and have zero bubbles. I have 3 cases for my phone which all work with the protector no problem and they are a different brand to the protector too.
