Does anybody have the Incase Snap Case (preferably the transparent or semitransparent version). If so, could you post some photos of your iPhone in it? I want something like the Incipio Feather but with a bit more protection in case of a drop screen-first. I basically want to compromise between the size of the case and the amount of protection. I want a bit more than protection than the Feather offers but I still want to keep it slim. I think the Snap Case seems to be pretty good. I actually tried the Snap Case in an Apple Store but I didn't buy it because it was $35, and now I don't remember if it has that lip around the edge or not. I might try to buy one online if I can find it cheaper than from Apple.

@ j-a-x I gave mine to my dad. It is definitely stronger than the feather. As far as the lip, it has a good lip around the edge. You can definitely lay it face down with no worries. Also, since my dad has had it, he dropped his phone on concrete and all you can see, is a very distant nick on one of the corners.
My dad couldn't believe how resilient this case is. No damage to his precious iphone : )

I'm trying to decide if I should get this one... dunno what color though if I do get it:

I really wish that Belkin Reveal had a hard clear plastic backing.

I'm also interested in the SGP Linear Crystal series.

Looks like the feather. Hmmmm. Casemate screen shields are crap though.
This case however does look very nice. I love the look on the SGP as well, but I prefer to stay as thin as possible. : )

What do you guys think about the iSkin Aura?
http://www.iskin.com/iphone4/aura/

It looks to be similar to the Feather (doesn't offer "lay on table" protection) but seems to be of nicer quality, at least from the pictures.

It was hard to tell from the pictures, but it did look like it may have a lip around the screen edge allowing safe tabletop setting. Some should be delivered by now, so maybe someone can enlighten us.

Did they update the Incipio Feather so that front wraps around the edge of the screen? Can anyone confirm? Not my picture but this is what I'm referring to. There's no lay on the table protection, the outer edge is exposed.

Mine definitely wraps around more than that. It looks like it could be half a millimeter.

The air jacket by power support is the best thin case Ive ever used! Its 1mm and has a bit more protection than the pinlo or the incipio

+1 for the Power Support Air Jacket!! $40 for a thin piece of plastic is relatively expensive but it came with 2 matte screen protectors, which I would have bought separately anyways, so it made the price reasonable for me.

The Air Jacket is beautiful. Barely visible from the front and adds negligible thickness. And it doesn't add a lip to the front of the phone, which annoyed me about the other cases I tried.

I think I had one of those for my 3GS. The had plastic doesn't provide a whole lot of protection but its decent enough I guess. I ended up with a slight crack in my 3GS near the screen protector with that case on it after a year of use. Didn't really affect the phone but I had to give the buyer a bit of a discount when it was time to sell it. I DID drop the phone with that case on once or twice from waist level.

Yeah, thin cases are more form than function. I would prefer to have no case but wanted something to protect against normal wear and tear.

Here's some real protection...no thank you. :)

Doesn't look like the Griffin reveal will be compatible with a lucky labs skin on the back :(

That one is a little too hardcore for me. It seems like it's easy to find a case that provides barely any protection, or a case that can survive a drop out of an airplane, but it's harder to find one somewhere in the middle.

Dude I just returned the Griffin for the Feather after looking how awesome it looked.

They had it at Walmart for 19.99 and it came with two screen protectors (that I can't even tell are on)

Here (the camera/lighting sucked...but it's the same as the other kids in this threads)

This is the color I wanted! My local walmart didnt have it though. I ended up with a black Feather for my white iPhone. All of the Feather cases I saw had a softer/matte feel to them. Yours looks to be harder/shiny. Whats it feel like?

I'm using the Power Support Air Jacket clear. I'm also using the included crystal back protector. This combination does produce some water-marking. Otherwise, the case fits and looks great...it really feels like there's no case at all.

I've seen pics (on amazon) of some Incipio Feathers that have terrible smudging from fingerprints.

I was looking for the Translucent Mercury, does this one not have this problem?

The Nude Ultra Clear is sharp thought too...might just get that.

I don't think that's smudging. It was the earlier build of their matte cases. Apparently it's been fixed. Translucent mercury isn't matte anyway so I can't seenthis being a problem.

++1 again. Love this case as well. Feels great in the hand and slides easily in and out of the pocket of my dress trousers or jeans.

Highly Recco.
