Matte for me! Both look great though! Matte looks more contemporary

The question was asked earlier but I haven't seen any replies specifically to this - is the color on the face of the black phones the same as the color on the back (jet black or matte) or are they both the same color on the face.
So here's the thing...
If I get the Matte, I'm going to get a clear case to show it off because why would I get a black case... which will inevitably stretch and have fingerprint marks.
If I get the Jet Black... the phone itself will scratch, and have fingerprint marks.

that is correct sir, 2am cst for me, some times they let people in early, just spam that refresh... i would have 3-4 computers running with my att business website since they usally let people in by number bases. so which ever gets me faster
All good points at the end of the day it's still a tool that we use every day! But to keep it looking sharp I'd say matte will hold up better

if your planing thru apple then id recommend there apple store app on phone but be sure to load all your info beforehand and update apple pay. but general rule of thumb is its always better to come early than late. what people on here usually do is make an alarm 10-30mins before there timezone 12,2,3 am and then go on there merry way and on other side of the people which includes me and some we would stay up all night and do fun stuff like hangouts, ps4 and so on.

i have gold 6 plus atm and i use lifeproof nuud black mostly since i take it in showers
and pool. sometimes i naked it up on wedding or so on. but since its least water proof for few mins i was thinking about buying an matte or jet black with clear case. i really like jet black but worries much about scratches so i will mostly go for the matte or gold.That matte black is sexy as hell. The jet black looks like an iPhone 7C.
Agree! Looks really good, the renderings of the jet black look good but in person the matte looks the best
So the App Store App would be a better bet than straight off Apple's website?? Can anyone else attest to this?
check that hairline corner scratches on jet black on second photo, near the charging port .... killed my mood and matte really now other than gold.

app has been the go to for all pre orders even apple watches got started on sale early about 5-7 mins on the app and people were emptying the inventory of apple already lol.
