Do they typically announce specs at keynotes? I'm really curious if the 4.7 and 5.5 will have 1GB or 2GB RAM...

They don't talk about RAM usually. We'll probably have the info on the resolution, performance gain numbers on processors (but no detailed specs) and the exact dimensions of the designs. But I'M sure we'll know every detailed specs a few days later, as usual.

Good freaking news if true. I really want the 5.5 model (if the rumored resolution differences are true). I can deal with a large phone, but I'm spoiled by recent Android phones high PPI. Would not want to go back to 326 (a small difference really, but still).

I agree. I think the 5.5" would be incredible. I'm especially liking this news that the 5.5" would have iPad-like features in landscape mode.

I just how they make the bezels smaller than the current ones, which are shown in the Chinese leaks.

If not the 5.5" will be absolutely gigantic.

I want Apple to offer preorders with delivery on the first day. I don't think I want to camp outside an Applestore again. It's cruel and crazy...

It's not that much to ask and it would show a little bit of respect...

Apple better not pull the same crap as they did last year with NO pre-order. What a hot mess that was!!

Here's a tip:

Don't try to get one on the first day.

Not only will you face less pain dealing with long lines and waits and such, but if you wait even a couple weeks you'll be getting an iPhone 6 with possible last minute manufacturing flaws fixed.

That was the case for the iPhone 5 (remembering the damage on the chambered edges?) and probably will be the case here too.

I completely agree. One and all, tell your family, friends & strangers on the street not to get an iPhone on launch day. Their new products will be full of bugs.

I'll let you know how I get on with mine. ;)

Give me that big HONKING 5.5 because

For a phone I'll use for 2-3 years, I'll wait a month before buying, just to be sure. Anyways if the rumors are true about it costing $300 subsidized, I'll just buy a 5S.

Definitely good advice. The more people that follow this plan the better for those of us who will be getting their phone on launch day, as they have since iP4 came out.

Does anybody know if 32GB will be replacing the 16GB as the base model?

Yes, it will.

And that's your personal preference. I on the other hand have had a Note for quite a while and couldn't stand it at all. When I was able to buy an iPhone again (I now have the iPhone 5S) I was jumping for joy over finally getting rid of that Note. I just can't stand phones that big. I get blasted on here for saying that. Not sure why I can't have my own opinion.
I didn't "blast" you for it or suggest you can't have that opinion. I think it is wonderful that Apple will likely offer two screen size options. It's about time. Now I just hope they get on board with more reasonable capacity options.

Hope it comes to Denmark on Sep 19 this time, and not Oct 25 like the iPhone 5 launch... Usually Denmark is in first batch.

LOL at those camping in line in NY since September 6th. You'll have an additional 10 days of not taking a shower, eating fast food, and searching for toilets all day long.

As much as I'm eager to see the new iPhone 6 - and yes I probably know everything about it already with all the leaks - I would never camp in front of a store to own anything.

The only thing I wanna know at this point before I buy the iPhone 6 is its SAR value. If it's equal to or higher than my iPhone 5, it's a no go for me.

FWIW, I'm totally with you.
