every time I reboot the iPhone, or it restarts I get a string of old texts flashing up on the screen rapidly. This happens on every reboot sometimes locking up the phone. Am I the only one with this issue?

For me it only happenes if I have unread text messages when I reboot. If all my messages are read, this glitch doesn't happen.

I've a problem with a music. My purchased song from itunes doesn't show the cover but mp3 music that sync from the computer show as normal. It happened only purchased music any body faced this??

Can someone check and see if Siri raise to speak is working for them? It does not for me, and I don't want to report it to Bug Reporter until someone confirms the issue.

Thanks!

Raise to speak is no longer an option for me in Settings.

The iBooks app has some UI inconsistency.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
This has been harassing me since B1...I guess I need to start reading my texts :)

After two smooth days with Beta 3, my battery life has gone to hell. I've been off the charger for about 2 hours and I'm down to 45%. In usage, home screen is 80% of that usage. I just reset all settings hoping that helps things. Phone is also VERY warm to the touch.

same here. Let me know if you find the culprit.

Here are the bugs I encountered with iOS 8 beta 3 on my 5s:

1. Facebook worked fine at first, eventually pictures/videos stopped loading.
2. App store app broken. Have to let the app fully load before you can use Search, and even then search was broken.
3. Headphone controls stopped working on any music/podcast apps (Music, Downcast, Amazon Music, etc).
4. Horrible battery life. At 5PM, I was down to 20% whereas with iOS 7 I'd still be at 60-70%.
5. Occasional spontaneous reboots.
6. Never got wifi calling to turn on, probably because I'm on a prepaid account (not really a bug, I guess, probably a t-mobile limitation).

Went ahead and switched back to iOS 7 for now. iOS 8 is kinda "meh" until it's released and we get keyboards, extensions, widgets, etc.

Anyone have an issue where their photo albums have suddenly tripled in size even though their aren't anymore pictures in the phone? My photo album is suddenly 2.6GB in size when it was less than 1GB when 7.1.1 was on it.

Yeah. Ton of bugs in this one. Shame too since we had to wait extra long. At least deleting mail swipe is smoother and swarm works again. But still goes hot, battery is horrendous (had to keep on battery backup all day as it ran down three times in one day), and keyboard and Facebook generally screws up.

At least b2 took some time before it deteriorated. I fear for this beta after 2-3 weeks use.

Weird.
I've got the MEX-BT3800U and my iPhone 5 has worked with all three betas.

Hmmm maybe its just a 4S issue? Sound was working fine with B1 & B2 but did OTA update to B3 and any DIGITAL audio output either Bluetooth or USB and its just digital noise/static (you can faintly hear the song below the noise)

Did a full restore direct to B3 and issue still present. On my MEXBT3100U stereo I can occasionally get sound to output via USB but its a lot of connecting/disconnecting and general messing about and it only works about 10% of the time.

I have not tried Airplay yet, and headphone output works as normal.

Yep...the phone resprings (not reboots). Luckily it's a bug that's easily avoided.

Respring? Mine cuts off and goes back to apple logo for about 30 seconds.

I was checking camera out on iPad mini retina which doesn't have the same problem, but the image was actually staying upside down instead of showing a normal upright picture.

Anyone can to report this bug to Apple:

- with Mail: if the email address, ie: john.me@make-on.com , the Send button is hidden, can't Send mail.

Thanks

Weird...good job spotting that one. I submitted a bug report.

BTW -- before I ponied up and got a dev account, I had just registered my UDID and grabbed the beta off the internet. I was always nervous about filing bugs, not really wanting to alert Apple to the fact that I was running the beta. So I can understand wanting someone with a legit account do it.

Interesting because that is how our email scheme is at my work place and I don't see that bug on my 5s.

Wow, that's cool. My 5 does it too.

Mine does that also...sweet bug. Between this and the the mysterious tripling of the size of my photo album I will be going back to 7.1.2 until B4.

May not have been clear from the post...it's not form of the email addresses, it's the use of the HTML "mailto:" when you click on that type of link, it correctly opens a new message to the email addressee but you can't hit send because it's greyed out.

To test it on your device, click that email link in his above post -- there's no way to hit Send.
