I prefer Coke Classic over any other drink. myself, but I can see why the people who like this don't want them to quit making it. I think I may go buy another bottle and drink it just to give it another try before they quit making it.

Rearding the unfortunate cancellation of Vanilla Coke, that is no good. I enjoyed the vanilla aftertaste. Guess I'll just have to use Vanillacuddys or vanilla vodka for my vanilla Coke now
I never did like vanilla coke, it never was very good. Every once in a while though I did enjoy the change from regular coke.

Never liked the vanilla version-- tried it when it first came out, they were handing out free bottles of it. Actually, I don't even like it when you get it 'diner- style' w/ the flavored syrup added (no cutesy diners around here that I know of-- but Johnny Rockets serves sodas this way).

It literally reminded me of when people spray WAY too much glade air freshener in a room. The other sad thing is my friend thought the exact same thing, at the exact same time when we both first tasted it.

too bad about vanilla coke. i went to scout camp last summer, one of the guys who worked there for a long time said that when they got their first truckload for the vending machine, it was all gone that day. it was a real good hit. Oh well, theres always pepsi vanilla. im a pepsi person anyway.

So, has anybody else tried the new Black Cherry Vanilla Coke? I had my first one today...I'd say I like it better than Cherry Coke, but not as well as Vanilla Coke.

Hey, it's only a little over six weeks old.
And I was so devastated when it was announced that they were dropping Vanilla Coke that this thread is burned into my memory. (It's easy to search for, too.)
And yes, it has the same unhealthy ingredients...but they are tasty!

I dont like it all of the time but one every now and then is excellent. If you drink it to often you start to become desesitized to the vanilla but every now and then its great. On the upside I can now buy several crates and sell them when they become collectables.
