Nothing to do with it.
iPad Air #1, purchased last week, crashes a lot.
iPad Air #2, purchased yesterday morning, has not crashed once yet.
I thought it relevant.

It is a hardware issue if it is due to the low Ram.
In 7.1? And when it's not fixed then, we'll hear about magical 7.2, etc...Apple engineers are aware of this and are working on it. All the restores and replacements and all the kings men won't fix it. Apple will.

Wash, Rinse, Repeat until iOS 8
Guys try this and tell me if you ipad air will crash.
1. Google "Kobe bryant twitter"
2. Go to kobe's twitter and scroll at the bottom, you should see Load more tweets, tweets will be loaded automatically.
3. Continue scrolling down (4-5 times will be ok)
5. Scroll quickly up.
6. Your ipad air most probably will crash
Ok, mine crashed. What does it mean?
Low RAM?
Safari bug?
iOS 7 bug?
Temporal distortion?
Rupture of the time-space continuum?

If you see the diagnostic logs (General->About->Diagnostics) is due to low memory. I am not sure if it is due to hardware or software issue(My guess is software)
I have several entries. How do I know which one is tied to this event?
Each log has a date if you open one log it displays date and time
My iPad Air running 7.0.4 is doing the exact same thing. Constantly crashes using multiple apps. Lately when it crashes it does a reboot instead of just closing the app. I've done everything I can think of to resolve the issue. I will be returning this thing in a few days. It is basically unusable at this point. My wife gave up on using it because everything was crashing for her as well.
I went to a Genius Bar a few days ago because my 5s was starting to reboot itself and brought my Air along to ask why it crashes in Safari. Their answer to both was software corruption and that they would replace them both. Not doing that yet, but the two guys I talked to seemed to know what I was talking about and not wanting to deal with it. I think they just wanted me out of there.

I'm surprise they didn't just suggest rebooting it. Try calling Apple's support and asking them if you can escalate the ticket and talk to a tier 2 support technicians. I've had much better luck dealing with those people.
