Campers Already Lining Up for iPhone 6 at Flagship 5th Avenue Store

I live close to Yellowstone National Park. If people want to camp out and have an adventure, I have far better recommendations.

And even here in the Northern Rockies I'm pretty sure we can find ways to pre-order or order a new iPhone, as crazy as that sounds.

Some people SERIOUSLY have no life at all!! So so so so so so so very sad, 6 day's too early and NO guarantee what so ever when the phone will be on sale.

Absolutely, although thinking about it this is really nothing more than a publicity stunt I doubt. Surely people aren't that thick to queue up like that?

But they don't care about specs or anything, they just like the prestige but then again who am I fooling? We all love a piece of prestige right? I'm gonna wave 3000 bux in front of the 1st camper in line to be their friend who holds their hand together we can slow mo dance in together just a few hours before they let the mob in :D

These people are absolutely pathetic. The fact that I am apart of a society that obviously encourages unemployment is just sickening. Why don't these losers get a freaking job???
 
I guess these people have jobs? They would need one to afford an iPhone, so can you imagine telling your work colleagues what you did on your holiday? Oh I just camped outside an Apple store for 2 weeks so I could get the new iPhone...

Meanwhile others in the same workplace got their iPhones on the same day from their network providers etc with NO sad, no life queueing
 
This is obviously a publicity stunt. I think the days of getting this excited about new Apple products are long gone. It makes me sad. I miss those days.

please don't be such a freaking hater.. be proactive and encourage people to create their own jobs, even if their job is to sit there and consume, and buy a lot of phones every year. it is their human right in this economic grand time. spend spend spend is the news of everyday, if you are not spending a lot of time sitting around spending and consuming, what the freak are you right????????!!!!!!!!!

I got my iPhone 5 on day one with VZW, also. My eligibility shows up as 9/19.

People I know will be in line and pay the ETF for the latest iPhone and have been doing it since the iPhone first came out and at EVERY SINGLE release.

Can't wait to see them that day flaunting one... :eek:

what a ****ing state the world is in where this is such a priority for some people that they waste 5 days they can never get back lining up for a bloody phone.

I love Apple ****, but seriously what losers.
 
I'm thinking of camping outside of McDonald's for the next release of the McRib. I know they'll release it again sometime in the near future, and I'm pretty sure the price point won't be much different. I need to have one of the first 5 McRib sandwiches sold in my city.
 
Don't people work? Am I doing this life thing wrong? I want to have all the spare time in the world to be able to sit outside in a city to camp for a product and spend nearly a grand without worrying about getting a paycheck.

What am I doing wrong?
 
Apple isn't going to have the actual phone available for probably another 10 days or so and they'll make people order them on-line until the initial crowds subside.

It's kind of silly to stand in line if you don't have a receipt to buy one.
 
While it looks good for a company to have faithful consumers line up to buy their product, lining up 2 and a half weeks early is a bit rediculess.
 
I'm crazy, but this is just too much.
These people are so extra and they're probably just doing it for the camera time.
